I observed one employee sneezing on the food in the kitchen twice. This was observed by an additional employee. No sanitary actions were taken.I will not be eating from this particular establishment until I see a change in the pertaining personnel.

If I could no stars I would. Always short staff and will be closed when they are suppose to be open? Used to be a good location, NOT anymore.
We got there just before closing but they made sure we was happy and well taken care of the honey barbecue wings are off the chain and they had hiwa Hawaiian punch two ????
KFC VS THIS PLACEportions is never the sameThink they only cook baby chicken, too small wings, breast, thighs. KFC has portions right at least.

I placed a mobile order at 5:40pm 1/27/24. I arrived at Popeyes to pick up my order at 6pm. They had me pull up & said they would bring it out to me. When it got to be 6:20pm, I walked inside to see what was going on. I am now late to work, & won't have time to eat my meal beforehand, and don't have a way to warm up my food. I waited an additional 5 minutes in the store while they still tried gathering my food, first stating the nuggets just came out, then saying the ticket didn't print. I got my food at 6:25pm, 45 minutes after placing the order. I won't be coming back to this location, & since its the only one closest to me, I won't be getting Popeyes for awhile. Oh, I did get a free pie for my wasted time & not being able to eat my food. Thanks I guess?

I just bought chicken in your store and I have been buying here for a year. I just want to say that it is an excellent service and the person who served us was very kind. Thank you, I will not change this chicken for anything now that I live in Grand Prairie, it is my favorite?

Decided to try out Popeyes wings... let me say I definitely recommend. The flavors I tried were sweet and spicy, honey bbq. Very tasty.
