Just because I made a mistake on my drinks and ask very nicely if I could change it, they charge me a "refill fee" which it was way before they handed me my drinks. The person who was handling back my drinks didn't even say nothing just kind of roll his eyes and close the window. P.s if you are not trying to get charge more, don't make a mistake I guess. So rude, very bad service

Drive thru order and the person was inattentive. Repeated the order again and when I got to the window my order was taken incorrectly and it resulted in an extra charge, slice of toast. The name entered was wrong and the person at the window called my name wrong. I saw the person taking orders dancing and cutting up with the lobby staff. Then when I opened the order it wasn't fulfilled correctly. If the staff is going to be joking around they should at least be proficient with the job.

Go in the day, the nightstaff seem to be teens who don’t care about their job. Got the wrong drink (asked for unsweetened tea and received a lemonade) ordered an extra canes sauce for the fries and I guess they decided not to though they still charged me for it. Daytime staff never gets this stuff wrong but nighttime staff need retraining or a harsher manager.
Pretty terrible value. Ordered a caniac and they give me like 4 normal strips and 2 tiny ones. They aren't even the size of half of a regular strip. Who exercised thwor poor judgement filling my order. It's already overpriced. At least give me what I'm paying for.
