Went through the drivethur received a sprite that was carbonated, OK cool I don't expect yall to taste our drink before giving but gosh when I return it and you say we fix the sprite. And I being it back for the 3rd time. I expect you to taste the sprite. Cause not I'm back for a 3rd time. So when I finally get the 4th sprite it was fixed. Now im ready to eat. My chicken, where is my chicken ? ?. I was missing 2 tenders. I just drove off. This wasn't a good day at Canes.

i usually go through the drive thru, but this time i decided to dine in. their customer service either comes off as very timid and nice or just doing their job. i love their sweet tea, the food comes out fresh and correct for the most part. i do recommend double checking your order just to make sure though. i do like the size of the tenders and the overall food experience is about a 7.5/10 for me. if the fries weren't crinkle cut or if they had a spicy option, then it would've been a 8.5pr even a 9. the prices have increased over the years though, but i'd say its an okay price.
