Not sure why so many negative reviews. Ramen comes with bold flavors, if you want unseasoned and bland food go to Cracker Barrel. The ramen has always been amazing and service is great.

My ramen noodles were clumped and uncooked… I informed the staff and they were like “ok”… minimum tip is 18% for simply taking an order… no delivery to table. So not recommend…

2.5 stars isn't an option so I rounded up but I got the chicken katsu and it was disappointing. Very strong ginger flavor that took over everything else, the chicken was alright at best and the rice was also okay. The salad it came with tasted good but was tough to chew. the whole time I was eating I was kinda upset since I paid 14$ for it but to be fair everything else nearby was also expensive. The service was alright though I liked how they gave me a buzzer to let me know when the food was ready.

I ordered the R5 tempura udon ramen after craving ramen for days, and I was so disappointed that I paid $13 for this mediocre meal. It was really lacking flavor. You only get two pieces of tempura shrimp for $12- you could at least give 4. The noodles were very thick- I've never had such thick noodles in ramen before! Maybe they were hoping to make up for the lack of tempura shrimp with overall thick noodles. I won't be going here again, and I recommend finding a better ramen spot altogether.

Hands down some of the best ramen I have ever had. Their appetizers are also amazing as well! I can't wait to come back and try the rice plates!

I regret going here the ramen wasn’t good at all bought two different kinds and they both were terrible dont waste your money here. If you want good ramen ninja ramen isnt too bad just small and gets packed on weekends the reason why i ended up coming to this place in the first place?

Ordered Tonkasu ramen last night togo, it was good but I can't believe that the soup they gave us is so minimum. No it didn't leak on the way back home, the soup is the essence of Tonkasu ramen, it only covered the tip of the chopsticks. I probably won't go back bc they are too stingy on the soup.

The best ramen noodles I've ever had.

Had spicy miso. Taste was average, spice was moderate, price was high for not only food court food but also for the quality. Was given a small spoon that didn’t make sense for soup.

My baby and I had date night and I wasn’t disappointed. We had the ramen and pot stickers. They were good. I’ll be honest and say I expected the broth to have a deeper flavor but other than that it was good. The pork was tender and the noodles were just right. I’ll go back and try something else. ?

Over-priced for the amount of food they give you. Ton of noodles and skimped on everything else. The thinnest slices of Naruto, chashu, and a small amount of nori. Additionally, the picture and description of ramen and entree shows egg and never got
