I went to the drive thru. I kept hearing static so I drove around waited and when the car in front of me left. I proceeded to the window. The lady asked if I had ordered. I tried to explain that I tried to but something seemed wrong with the system because Noone said anything. Now there is another car at the place where you order and now it seems to be working. Instead of taking my order she closes the window as she tells me to hold on and take the order of the car behind me. I was appalled. I waited one minute and left.

Have the Albuquerque Turkey was really good I enjoyed it but the only thing I ordered a small Cinnabon it was cold and hard and it being so little for that price it was like two bites need some work on the Cinnabons now the cashier was busy texting on his phone so I had to wait on him until he was finished texting my goodness I guess you can go to work these days and get paid to be on your phone

My order was wrong..ordered a side salad Cesar. Since out ofCesar, , ordered a garden salad. I was given a full salad. Also my brownies was missing. Where do these employees come from. I had a $30 bill when it should have been $20. When I called about my brownie. No sorry. Just I will credit your account. No explanation about crediting either. The turkey bacon club was so disappointing. I have had this sandwich on jalapeno bread for years at different locations. (My fav) well not at this store in Waxahachie after today! It looks nothing like on the online menu pictures or what I have gotten before. I don't know why this store is still open or how it is surviving!!! The soup was luke warm not hot and the paper they cut my sandwich on is the paper they ATTEMPTED to wrap it in!! (WHY) WOW, as soon as I tried to get it out the bag, the paper was WET from pickle juice, leaking on everything!!! UGH!! The paper all torn/cut and lettuce over kill falling everywhere, meat very thin, worst sandwich I ever got from a Schlotzky's period!! management needs to definably step up the game or shut the store down all together!! Very disappointed customer in the Hachie!

We use to come here alot, then one time they got our order wrong and they didn't even have the ingredients to fix what we wanted. Asked for a refund and they said the manager had to do it. Spoke with the manager and still never got a refund. The meal was over $60!! Here we are a year and a half later and we thought we would try again. Ordered online, said it be ready in 15 mins, showed up after the 15 and the food wasn't even being made! The restaurant was completely empty and no one in the drive-thru! Waited another 15 mins when i got there ? WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE

Do not come here unless you want to see what happens when people with no work ethic and no people skills to run a restaurant. The managers treat their staff terribly. The energy the workers give off is terrible as if they are forced to work.The distract manager threatened one of my relatives that she would call the police on him after firing him. He is currently in college and no longer wanted to work there due to the double shifts while in college. If you are not willing to work with someone’s schedule, just fire them. There was no need to try to bring the cops in the equation if it’s on mutual terms. No hostility or anything from him. Just a district manager wanting to abuse her power and authority to make someone feel small and involve the cops because of who he his. Anyone there will vouch that the guy is nice. This type of stuff needs to stop. If you can’t handle that type of career, try another avenue district manager.

If you are not willing to work with someone’s schedule, just fire them. No need to try to bring the cops in the equation if it’s on mutual terms. No hostility or anything from him. Just a district manager wanting to abuse her power and authority to make someone feel small and involve the cops because of who he his. Anyone there will vouch that the guy is nice. This type of stuff needs to stop. If you can’t handle that type of career, try another avenue district manager.

The Ham & Cheese original sandwich I ordered was on a diet.It looks nothing like on the online menu pictures.I want to see the Federal Trade Commission file a lawsuit to this restaurant for FALSE Advertising.The pictures speak louder than my words. AVOID.
