This place is relatively new however it's very clean and modern inside. Soda machine is a smart fountain and the soda is crisp. Food was good and came out in a timely fashion despite it being lunch hour. The entire place is clean and I was able to do some reading as a music was not overwhelming.
Discovered Schlotzsky's 40+ years ago while stationed @ Ft. Hood, TX. Loved their signature sandwich. Found this Schlotzsky's while visiting Dallas, TX and had to relive the old days. Wish this chain would go national.

Ordered online, which should have an updated list of menu items...Sandwich was in the wrong bread (said they didn't have that flavor), and my French dip didn't have cheese or caramelized onions. So, basically, it was beef on a bun with au jus.
