Really wish they would fill up a tator tot container. We have tried ordering different sizes but they all arrive less than 3/4 full. They must be trained to only provide a minimal amount. Total rip off.

Not often so I claim workers are outright incompetent but this one fits the bill. Half their stations don't work and when they can't hear me at all and see me sitting there for several minutes until I have to call to ask only for them to tell me which ones do work and tell me they noticed I was there but said nothing, that's just outright stupid.

Don't bother. All lights are on and nobody answers the drive thru, so I pull up and a girl is talking up and I yell (cause I am at the window) are you open it is 8:15 pm and she looks at me holds up a finger and takes off. All that was required was a simple yes or no. This has happened many times here. Just turn off your FLIPPING lights if you're closed so people don't waste their time with the likes of you.

The absolute WORST Sonic location in DFW. A simple drink order can take up to 10 minutes to receive. They have absolutely NO SENSE OF URGENCY. They also do not answer the phone. The people that work here are immature kids with zero professionalism and an attitude akin to that of a dead snail. This has been an ongoing issue at this location for the last 2 years. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED !!

Order 2 m&m blast and a shake they took long and once we received them my shake was melted and found the smashed cherry at the bottom of cup! One of the m&m blast had oreos in it.No straw, spoons or napkins neither, We will not be coming back to this location!

This Sonic has the rudest people working THIS morning. The girl taking orders is completely rude and feels like she doesn't have to answer any questions about the menu.. maam we don't have the menu memorized... we don't work there... you do!! I'll never go back... this Sonic needs new staff!
Go to the Lake Ridge Rd location, they get you order right. Several times my sonic blast is also not mixed, just like the other reviews. It's just regular ice cream with some toppings. I would've gave 3 stars but this is happening to other people too lol

The food is pretty standard for a sonic, but their order kiosks are falling apart. Last time I went I got myself just a dri k that I ordered on the app. It took them upwards of 5 minutes to get it to me.
