Been here several times and I had no complaints referring to the food but the last two times I’ve went the service left a bad taste in my mouth . I understand you’re short staffed but the wait is extremely too long. Today was my last straw. We waited over 40 minutes only to get to the window at 4:45p and the lady tells us that they stopped selling sno-cones , but that they had food for purchase . She said they’ll start back selling them at 5:00pm. I’m like so we waited in line for 40 minutes for you to tell us that? She said that I could drive back around and wait in line…absolutely not! They should have a sign up, or took the common courtesy to have staff come out and let the customers know. This is ridiculous! We will just take our business up to beltline/skyline. I don’t know why I didn’t go with my first mind, just trying to give ppl the benefit of the doubt…never again!!

I love the stuff they serve here but it they take super long , I’m currently waiting in a 4 car line that took over an hour. It’s not the first time either it’s always as slow. I don’t mean to sound rude but it’s something that I didn’t like during my experience.

This place is great it's a small little shop they have great service the owner is super nice, really friendly staff! they're ice cream snow cones are amazing and their funnel cakes are really good too, slightly too sweet for me but the extra strawberries that they put on makes up for it. All in all I highly recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth!
The owner and his daughter are great people. They were willing to serve me even though I showed up 5 minutes before they closed. I tried the strawberry funnel cake and fried oreos and both of them were bomb. Wayyy better than the ones at the fair. Definitely give this place a try, I promise you won't regret it.

I've only been here a few times, but it never disappoints! They have some of the greatest selections from desserts to snacks, and much more. It's one of Grand Prairie's best gems when you're craving something sweet or just something on the side.I also love how friendly and top tier they are with their customers as well. Even after giving you the order they check up on you to see if everything was good and well with your order. I really recommend coming here, since they really make you feel super welcomed. May I add as well that the desserts I ordered just two days ago when visiting here were so appetizing and delicious for sure, and really worth every cent.
