I went to subway on Camp Wisdom to get a couple of six inch subs. Waited in line like the other customers and finally placed my order. The young lady took my order and began helping, got the bread and began to help the customer in front of me. The other server finish serving her customer and came and took the order of the lady behind me order. It took two server to finish the order of one customer, while my server left me too go to the cash register to check out the customer in front of me while the server that was helping that customer came and took the order from the lady behind me. Now the server who took my order was checking the tip jar, messing around with bag cleanings around the register, doing everything but fixing my order. After seeing the server complete the order from the lady behind me, I became frustrated and ask where's my sandwiches. The server who originally to my order went back to the front of the store, again to fiddle around with the bags behind the cash register and the tip jar again, then came back and ask me to repeat my order. " I missed a teaching moment". All the other customers, except one, who didnt look like me was served or their order was took. I told the server that they could keep the sandwiches and left. Evidently, something negative was said because the one customer who did look like me left while I was getting in too my vehicle. Unless this is the practice of that particular Subway, then the severs need training. Now imagine if you walked into a black establishment and you were the only one who wasn't black, what would think?

Lobby and tables were clean, I was not left waiting for long, before my order was promptly taken by Mr Ethan. the sink in the men's restroom looks like it is about to fall off the wall. I do not like that the corporation has the meats and cheeses selection covered as to not let you able to see your selection and/or hide the amount of meats and cheeses you receive on your sandwich. Under the guise of maintaining Freshness.

I came in and ordered 5 sandwiches. One of my sandwiches was given to the customer in front of me, and I didn't realize it until I got home. I called the establishment and told them I was missing a sandwich. Cristina was not accommodating and service was lacking, there was another young lady there that was rude as well. Her exact words were " yea well you didn't pay for it so", I told her I didn't mind paying for my sandwich but having to drive back to the establishment for their mistake wasn't ideal, when they just gave away my sandwich. I just expected some sort of service or accommodations or at the very least an apology. Do better...

I went to pick up a order and the lady had a really bad attitude, I picked up 2 drinks and asked for 3 cookies and paid for all 5 things but didn't get the cookies.

My wife has been going here for 5 years and we have yet to have an ounce of bad service
We were craving subway and arrived at 9:10 pm Sunday night. Store hours online said they close at 9:30pm. Doors were locked already and team members were cleaning inside and told us they were closed. What a bummer. Please update the hours or tell team members to stay open until it’s actual closing time. Thank you.

I've had better sandwiches at other Subways but staff was polite. There were Subway coupons they wouldn't honor but they at least posted it at the front of the line.

My second time going to this location. It takes me about 10 minutes to get there but worth it. Has the shredded chicken I like to get on wheat bread. (went to other locations closer but they were out) The employees are always nice and fixes my sub good!
