I go to this subway frequently and there is always this one worker, her name is Sam, that always helps me and makes sure that everything is always how I like it. I have seen her interact with other customers and her customer service is Amazing! I actually thought she was the manager by the way she was so helpful and took care of her customers. Great Job Sam, they really should consider you for a manager position if you were even interested lol!! I will definitely be back, Of Corse!!
Purchased two 6” subs. Lady that took the order was shoving the sandwich around like she was mad at somebody. Another girl walked up from the back and also had a mad look on her face. The atmosphere is pathetic. If you’re not happy get another job. Don’t thicken the air with attitude.

I went in and had gotten an order that ended up being made incorrectly. Obviously I wasn’t happy about that but after reaching out to Maria the manager, she made sure to communicate with her team and they remade my family’s order. They were very understanding , accommodating, and expressed regret that our initial order wasn’t satisfactory. Mistakes happen, but you feel a lot better when accountability and correction takes place. Want to thank them for that and give a huge thanks and applause to Cristian for being so gracious and attentive to us while we placed our order. Love Subway and this location I will always frequent.
