I have been at this location 2 times and was told I couldn’t order at the counter had to use the order screen the have on the floor I don’t like to used those freaking screens I’m old And what made me mad the dinning room was empty the employees were just hanging around talking and was told I couldn’t order os I left this 2nd time this has happened to me so no dinner for me here

I can honestly say that I am a regular customer of Taco Bell, I always make the same one, Burritos steak, cheese grille and chicken and steak quesadillas, well this morning I placed my usual order in this establishment and the food was disappointing, the burrito did not have no meat or cheese, just cream and rice completely full of rice, the quesadillas are just a small portion of meat and chicken and a lot of cream replacing the cheese, in short it is my worst experience with taco bell. I hope they improve this because we regular customers know very well well the ingredient that our dishes contain.
