Went through the drive thru around 7 pm tonight (3/1).Why do y’all have the most unhappy miserable person working the drive thru!? There was no “hello” “hi, how are you?” No kind of acknowledgment. Just open the window, stuck her hand out for the payment, close window, open window hands back card and our order practically shoved in our face and then window closed.

Whoever the mgr was on 2/20/24 around 10pm needs to be demoted or something to be put in her place. She raised my total without me knowing to donate to some fund. I don't mind but for her to do that without notice is unacceptable and then to proceed to get my order wrong. Very unprofessional and very disappointed with the experience. Wont be doing business here anymore.

I'm curious if they stored the food here during the months of renovating? Everything I ordered was sour, stale or disgusting. The chkn Enchilada burrito $2.49: the chkn was so hard and inedible and the sauce was sour. The Cheezy dbl beef burrito $2.49: was decent but the crunchy tortilla strips were stale and rice tasted weird(as it did in the chkn Enchilada). The spicy pot soft taco: tortilla was stale and pots were very dry. The lady at the window was amazing though. Very kind, so thank you for that, because before the renovation yall had the rudest person on that intercom.

On Tuesday around 8 at night I went to the window for food and ordered three cigarillos and I didn't complete the three burritos and I canceled one when I was ready to pay at the window I canceled one burrito to complete two after I paid a worker from there who told me He delivered the food and told me not to worry because they had put the three burritos on me and I asked him his name and he told me his name was Nafftali. It was like a Mexican. Very friendly. Thank you Taco Bell.
Taco bell is only going to taste so good but they have this guy named Roland in there who is just on it which made the whole experience entirely pleasant. Constantly moving, getting things done, helping other staff, and attending to the customers with a great attitude all at the same time. He definitely should be making more than whatever they're paying him. If only wendy's could get some guys like Roland in there.

The food is terrible if they even manage to give you the right order. They always make my order wrong and I let it go but this time they forgot half of my large order. They then tried to pass the blame to the driver and when I asked them about it the lady on the phone couldn't even name what was in my order. Then she apologizes for talking over me but then continues to talk over me? Don't go to this Taco bell.
