This place used to be my go to place for trompo tacos. The last time I ordered from here the trompo was so dry and crispy I could not eat it and instead fed it to the stray cats.

The trompo meat was hard it looks like the one they made yesterday all hard, the fajita was all dissolved and soggy didn’t have flavor at all we called to complain and the guy working there told us “it got cold” and we had just pick it

I took a bite of my cue and knocked out a tooth, it was preferred that I lay down the two that I had left but it was not so hard

This place is SOLID! Their trompo tacos are off the chain. If you haven’t had them, you are missing out! Always a great experience here.

(Translated by Google) It is a pity to have to demand or ask them for the soft drink, when it is included in such a meal order.(Original)Es una pena tener k exigirles o pedirles El refresco, cuando este viene incluido en tal orden de comida.

For starters if you haven’t been here let me info you if the process to save you a little time in the future. You will place your order at the food counter and then you will be given a receipt for your order. The receipt must be paid for at the gas station counter where the clerk is located. The clerk will give you a new receipt wish a written number on if that is to be given back to the food counter. At least for me I handed the second receipt at the time of picking up my order which was prepared fairly quickly. This review will be based over the course of (X amount) days. I went back multiple time to try review more than one meal they offer.Day 1: I had the “Tex Mex Burger” this meal comes with the fries and a drink for $9.50, it was just over ten dollars after tax. It was double meat burger, ham, avocado, jalapeños, cheese and mayo. The bun was very similar to a brioche bun and it was more than enough for for two. If you like to feel stuffed and eat like it’s your last meal (like me) then this is the perfect amount of food.Day 2: I had the Big Burrito, it’s served with your choice of meat (Trompo, Carnitas, Fajita, Chicharron, Lengua, Barbacoa, or Chicken) the plate comes with grilled onions and grilled Serrano pepper. The grilled onions were outstanding and the burrito was full of flavor. The burrito cost $8.99. It’s definitely not the biggest burrito I’ve had but it was still more than enough food to satisfy my hunger.Day 3: I had the Nachos. It’s served loaded with beans cheese your choice of meat, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, a white crumble cheese topping and sour cream. On the side you get two house made hot sauces and two slices of lime. I will say this putting the lime in the nachos were a game changer for real. It added another layer of flavor to the plate that I never knew was missing from nachos. The nacho plate will run you $8.99 and again you will be plenty full and satisfied after this plate.Day 4: I had the taco plate. At $7.99 I felt like this was a pretty good deal for the plate. You get three tacos your choice of meat, rice, beans, onions, cilantro, grilled onions and grilled pepper. So far everything I’ve ordered was amazing it the taco plate was top notch. Maybe I just wanted tacos that day but they were so full of flavor. I had the Trompo for my meat style. Because I thought I was still going to be hungry I also picked up a crispito which was fried fresh to order. I was very impressed with that. The crispito it was like a chicken and cheese I believe but it was very good. I just don’t want you to expect some type of beef crispito.Day 5: I had the Torta Cubana and this plate set me back $9.99. The plate came with fries two house made hot sauces. The sign said it came with a drink but I didn’t get one. So I can’t say wether this has changed or I was just overlooked that. I usually don’t drink the beverages that comes with any meal anyway so it was easy for me to forget. I’m sure it does still come with a drink I must have sidetracked the worker/possible owner because I was talking to them. After being there for 5 days straight you get to know someone. Back to the torta it was full of flavor and I would definitely buy that meal again hands down. Like say one if you are a person that like to eat and feel stuffed then this is the plate for you. Again it was more than enough for two people. So if you could split it with a second person that might be the way to go.Over my experience was an easy 4.8+ I will rate this place a 5 start due to the cleanliness, customer service, quality of food, and promptness for making food fresh as soon as it’s ordered. The person I assumed to be owner or manager was beyond kind. I was shown my meal every time prior to being bagged which I liked. It made me feel like they took pride and the quality of their product. Now the question, will I ever return? Of course! I felt welcomed and never had a bad meal.

Great breakfast tacos!! So good and good price. Made fresh to order. Menudo was delicious. Friendly staff and clean place. We will be back for sure to try other things.

My first time there and it was ok. A bit pricey for regular tacos and I ordered 2 each: fajita, barbacoa and lengua. Barbacoa was best then fajita. The lengua tacos were dry and flavorless. The condiments were good so I may try again sometime, not sure.

This place is amazing. The ladies are the sweetest and I literally have never ordered something I didn't love. I will always come here for tacos if I can!

Y'all lyin' with the 5 star reviews $32 on 2 taco plates + 4 tacos + 1 horchata ? Legit the only thing cooked fresh were the flour and corn tortillas (which isn't even cooking). She just scooped the meats and rice and beans into the to-go box. Charged +$2.29 for Lengua taco. EXTRA on top of the taco plate that includes the taco. Why wasn't it like extra 30¢ or something? The plates come with a drink but i couldn't sub my drink for a horchata. She just charged another $2 something on top. It wasn't even good Beans suck. Rice sucks. Tacos suck. Meats are soft and juicy I guess? But not even seasoned. Sad

It's okay. I had high hopes based on the reviews, I wasn't floored by the food. It's a small space with very limited parking. It's in a 2-3 business strip. You order at the counter and pick up from the counter. I got chicken enchiladas that were drier than I like. The rice was okay, but the refried beans were gross. I also got chips and guac. The chips were starting to get stale, and the guacamole was missing something. I also got a margarita that was weeaakkk. I was ready to go, and pour the drink out, and I don't believe in alcohol abuse. My daughter got nachos and the queso was thinner than it should have been. I won't be back.
