This place was pretty cool to look around. The caramel latte (lightly sweetened) was delicious!! Customer service was great despite the fact she was the only one working and had a bit of people to help. Has a variety of seating types, good for reading or working while you sip your coffee. As with most coffee places, be prepared to spend a small fortune for a little bit of coffee.Parking: We were from out of state and had a difficult time finding the place. There is no sign, saying Coffee Shoppe, facing the street to say "here we are". It's connected to other businesses...I just barely noticed a small sign saying coffee.

I wanted to share my experience. I ordered an iced coffee from Helen and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My coffee was not up to par and when I expressed my sentiments she made no move to try and make it any better. She just accepted the fact that I was not pleased with my service. That is some of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. To be honest the only redemption this place had was Ana at the bar. She made sure she went above and beyond for every drink she made for me and my friends. Ana made it 5 stars.
