I usually have a great experience at this establishment but the customer service has been very poor. Alex, the manager, is a great individual but needs to be more mindful of the staff he is hiring. Certain employees are literally BRAGGING about being hungover, super rude, and very unprofessional.

I spent almost $50 on 20 wings. Only for them to literally be the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen in my life. Also look at the serving of fries!! I will not be returning.

GREAT FOOD!! I’ve been to a couple “daiquiri shops” & it’s always more mainstream than anything, with mediocre food .. but this place .. you can taste the season, flavor, & goodness .. the food isn’t too salty. Short staffed right now but just be patient with them please.The customer service makes up for it

Sadly, I didn't get a chance to try this place out. Yelp has hrs of operation starting at 10am on Saturday, google has 11am, on the establishment door there are no set hrs, but sign is flipped to OPEN, and lights are flashing OPEN! I called, no one answered. Does this place NOT want business? The establishment has a colorful vibe that grabs your attention. From photos/videos it looks like a cool spot on the inside. Food/drinks look good, and I hope they get it together. They're missing out on a lot of money not being open when they should be.
Drove to get my friend for her birthday to experience the daiquiri den. Get there 30 minutes before they close and the young lady told me that they said everything out and then yelled out we’re done. I went back in and let her know that she hast to follow the time obligation of the establishment, she told me she did not have to. My friend and I were really looking forward to it. She did not care. I will never come back.

I tried placing an online pk up order, but wasn't able to. For some reason it's not available until Mon. I had to wait 25mins on my food. Not complaining about the wait too much because I was able to go get a car wash?. Fried ribs weren't good at all. They tasted burnt and not seasoned. Although small, I mean very small, the garlic parm wings were very GOODT. They were seasoned very well. I didn't like the soggy fries and the seasoning on them, but my air fryer brought them back to life. I wouldn't get the ribs again, but the wings are definitely a fav!
