First time at this location and will make sure my family and friends do not go here. The waitress was nice when we arrived, we ate and I ordered take out, all I ordered was a $6 sandwich to go. The waitress added the 10% service charge and Togo fee WHICH I WAS FINE WITH, and she had my sandwich in her hands walking around with it and stopped to talk to a customer for about 5 mins until decided to get up and pay and hope she notices my food is getting cold, I can always warm it up anyways. but what is not acceptable at any establishment is to double charge someone and at that a customer, when I confront the lady with the dreads she told me I was not double charged I tried to explain and show her my receipt, but she stuck with her first answer that I’m wrong and she is right. Over charging customers and not even knowing you’re doing it because you’re not paying attention trying to get away with it. We all work hard for our money, and then Get taken advantage of. Sad.

This particular location the waitress was friendly, courteous and expedient with a packed WH, she was attentive. I would drive further to come to this location. I ordered grits and something else. The grits were delicious. I visited on 28 March between 11:30 and midnight!

Pro service they gave me a hard waffle most the team members was jus sitting around talking to each other my food was nasty I like Waffle House but that one this the second time the messed up my food didn’t even give me condiments for my meal

This is the WORSE Waffle House I have ever been to, The floors were horribly dirty, Tables were not fully clean along with the eating utensils so I had to ask for plastic ware, The cup had crud around the ring, But I will say that the cook did his thang being the only cooking he was multitasking with excellent skills I do appreciate the food. The facility needs to close down for a whole day just to clean those floors clean the countertops in the windows and doors and the restroom had NO soap ??? I’ve never been to a place that filters???? Just Gross

Worst Wafflehouse I have ever been to in my life. Ordered my food for takeout. Food was thrown together. Asked for more syrup, because I was given a small container of syrup. A lady responded they're out of syrup. While tending to her child she brought to work. They left out things in my order, so I had to drive back. I asked for my money back. I was told I have to wait until in the morning to receive my money back, then came back stated I had to wait and hour because the manager is in the middle of doing payroll. I am sick and pregnant and this was the worst customer service ever.
Bunch of black staff don’t know what there doing placed online order at 1:57 its 2:50 no food charging back didn’t get my food do better hire white cooks and fire April make white people look bad tryna fit in.
