Absolute worst experience ever! Went through the drivethrough asked for the order. After double checking at the window that all items were in the bag with the staff that were paid for we drove off. Sure enough the order is missing items when we called to get a refund the manager agreed, then changed her mind and said we'd get 80 cents back instead unless we drove all the way back and returned the entire order. She was aggressive rude and lied to us. Avoid this location at all costs.

Slowest drive through of any food chain by far. Bring yourself some entertainment. Get comfortable.
They got my order wrong but I should know by now to check my food before I leave. I just don't like holding up the drive through line just to check all of the food I order to be correct. There are literally screens to look at when making the food to tell you exactly what to put on it and what not to put on it. Unfortunately, people seem to only do the bare minimum these days even though someone should just be happy to have a job and take pride in that even if you don't plan on working there for the rest of your life or it's not your first choice for a job. There are too many people in need to not be happy with what you have.

Wasn’t expecting much, but I came here hungry and left satisfied.The burger is alright. Nothing amazing about it. It is way bigger than other fast food burgers though.The fries are decent. Spicy ketchup is a nice option.The service here was way better than most fast food places you can visit.

Do yourself a favor and never stop here. I would say 80%-90% of the time I'm here, my food is made incorrectly and it takes an obnoxious amount of time, no matter the time of day. My experience today is the last time I'll waste time or money on this place.Today I ordered the Steakhouse burger, with extra crispy onions. I arrived in curbside at around 4pm and sat there for a solid 24 minutes while the drive thru remained mostly empty and there was nobody coming in to eat. I finally got my order and made it home, only to discover there were barely any of the crispy onions on the sandwich (even though i was charged like a dollar for extra) and the fries were the soggiest, oldest, most decrepit room temperature fries I've ever been served in my life, and I usually like Whataburger fries. At this point I'm at my house, it's rush hour, and I'm not driving back up there. I tossed the fries and ate the sandwich. To be fair, the meat was still hot but I don't think the crew deserve brownie points for not also serving me old patties. So as far as I'm concerned, they took half my money for nothing. I'm gonna reiterate that these things happen almost every time I go here, but giving me inedible fries was just blatant disregard for someone who just paid to eat (and waited 24 minutes).I used to work fast food, managed a restaurant for 4 years, and I am baffled EVERY TIME I go here because I can't imagine a scenario where these things happen as often as they do here. It's miserable. Is every day everyone's first day? Is there an adult there? Who's the manager in charge? And why, no matter what time of day, can you people not make a sandwich with the correct ingredients when you've had a half hour to do it and virtually no other customers besides myself?Don't waste your time or your money, the mismanagement here is obnoxious and has been for years. It's like middle schoolers run the place. I don't understand how it's possible to be this incompetent, you'd have to be doing it on purpose.

Really good restaurant, healthier than other fast food places. But if you want a DrPepper shake you have to make your own and then they give you free apple pie so if you think about that is not that bad :)

For a long time, I was not a Whataburger fan until the last four years when I was finally introduced to their jalapeño burger (usually the number four almost menus) it is seasoned and cooked well. I can’t speak to the rest of the burgers or other main menu items. The fries are average (sometimes salted). My only complaint is usually the Coke it’s not mixing properly. So I end up with a lightly Coke flavored club soda. I still Go back despite this heinous crime. Having worked with public health for many years safe and healthy controls, I would recommend a daily schedule of checks for quality control
