So, let me start by saying that I'm still fairly new to the area. I had never been to this Beltline location, but somehow using the app...this is where my order was placed. Customer Service was great. There were about five workers behind the counter, all were friendly. My order was ready (of course), but I had been charged twice because I hadn't updated my zip code yet. A couple of the workers (one dealing with the transaction and the other getting the order) were very professional and helped to explain that I only had one order and the duplicate charge should come off in 3-5 business days.Now, I started this review talking about the location because, initially I went to the wrong one and of course they did not have my order, but because I had been there twice before, I thought that's where this order was placed. It's the Dallas location east of MacArthur on Cockrell exit. I'm about to do their review next. It will be very different.So now, let's talk about the food. My order was close, but not correct. I'm not upset because even I have proven that we all make mistakes. I ordered a 10 piece classic, (5) garlic parm and (5) Korean BBQ. I received 10 Boneless pieces in both of flavors I requested. That's 20 pieces. Now, I don't normally order boneless, so if it's normal to double the pieces, then the food deserves 5 stars, but I'll reserve that until I know for sure. Either way, I had a way better experience in Grand Prairie than I did in Dallas, so I favorite GP (Beltline) as my WingStop store! Thanks y'all!Parking: Small parking lot with construction barriers, and a busy intersection. This matter needs attention.

I had a terrible experience with a little girl name America. She was very rude. She literally shoved my fries at me. She wouldn’t give me her name. She had an attitude and she was the most unprofessional employee that I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Her manager Marcus is trying to stick up for that kind of behavior and said that she’s been going through some stuff and I told him I didn’t care That shouldn’t be an excuse for him to stick up for her emotions because she has personal problems with herself. She was very rude. I yelled at her in front of everybody Because she tried to tell me “what” when I was looking at marcus giving me his district managers number Laura torres, and she got put In her place immediately for her poor attitude.Girls like that shouldn’t be working for companies if they can’t handle A simple task! She Was immature it showed on her Face and her attitude, and when I asked her for her name, she said I’m not giving it to you. I’m gonna make sure that this gets up to higher management, Marcus “the manager “ was just smiling through the beginning of the process as I explained to him how she was acting like a child but at the same time he shouldn’t excuse her personal problems for her and say she’s just going through something, at that point You really just make your company look bad at that point and wings were not hot.

This Wingstop is literally out the way for us but I refuse to go anywhere else. It never fails our food is always pipping hot and fresh. I rarely have to wait and when I do it always worth it. Keep up the great work guys/girls !

Very spacious place. It's neat and very clean. It takes a while to receive the order, but the wings and fries are very good. The last two times I was there with my grandson the staff seemed to be a little short. Could be a great place to watch sporting events but not enough TV's. However if you have a little time to wait on your order you will definitely enjoy the meal there. Otherwise it's probably best to order in advance if it's a takeout order
Placed an order at 10:50 pm for p/u at 11:45 pm. I show up, girl is nice enough but just wants me out of the way asap.Fries are cold, wings are cold. They made them at 10:50 and let them sit. SMDH.This location used to be amazing. It has gone way downhill.

My food lacked preparation, maybe because it was a game day, no excuses... it's just in a bad location crossing the (highway)... lol I mean Beltline Rd to enter the small parking lot is a challenge... with ongoing traffic... only to met by flocks of pooping birds... the staff was friendly I just might try delivery
