As soon as we walked in the waitress looked as if we were disturbing her day. Granted there was only 1 person there when we walked in. She either has resting B face 24-7 or she was a resting B!Food was horrible. Chicken nuggets are in shape of elephants and over cooked. The catfish was not eatable, tasted like oil soaked bad fish. Had a bake potato that was cut in to pieces ( who does that) tossed in a microwave with some cheese and a slab of sour cream on top. pulled pork was old and dry. BBQ sauce seemed to be one out of a bottle, not bad not good, think of smoky ketchup.Not worth your time or money. Unsure how they are open, poor service, poor food, high prices for the trash you get.UPDATE: Their reply sums it up on service. Thanks for making my point. You just could not help yourself could you!

Really enjoyed our service. They were attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed.The food on the other hand, not so good.They didn't have a big selection: a pork or beef bbq sandwich, or a catfish basket. Not a fan of sandwiches, so got the catfish basket.The catfish breading wasn't fully cooked in some spots, and the fish didn't have a good taste either. Ended up removing all the breading, but didnt like it at all. The Tatar sauce was awful, all I could taste was a sour flavor. Even the ranch had an off flavor. The fried okra was the only thing tasty, definitely not worth $15.Got a beer on draft, a 12 ounce (or whatever size, a plastic cup)Michalob Ultra for $5. Will not be going back unfortunately.Response to reply: you are 100% correct, we were asked how it was, and we told her it was okay. I have had unpleasant experiences when I tell a server/manger that the food is not up to expectations, so I have learned to keep my unsatisfactory to myself during the visit. Probably an unfair thought, but has happened more times than not. Maybe we shall try again upon the full menu.

What a joke! Friday lunch for my guests and I was awful. Place was mostly empty, but the service was lackluster and slow. BBQ tasted like yesterday’s leftovers and was served cold. I wish I could get my money and one hour of my life back. Stay away!

This is the cutest place. The BBQ was great. It didn't even need BBQ sauce. I love the decor, the writing on the walls, the regulars that meet there for dinner, the staff, the bar. This is the bestest little hidden gem!
