I took James brownie jackhammer. I dont know why they dont mix the brownies at all. They dumped everything and handed it over the window. I asked them to fix it and they said that is how they do it. We went to the other window and asked them this happened, they gave me anither jackhammer and this time they gave me a small instead of a medium and now with no brownies at all. Worst experience ever at any Andys i have ever been to. Staff is rude and some people are not even listening to what we were asking for .. They should train the staff well how to make the jackhammers and how to respond to customers.

Expensive but worth it. Soft and yummy!!! We tried the Jack Hammer this time, I love the cheesecake in it, the strawberry was soggy, I was expecting some fresh ones. But overall it's yummy. I will always go back to Andy's Frozen Custard. The lady was nice and fast. They're always fast!

I really don't like sweets. I will have incredibly random cravings for it, but I'm not the guy demanding dessert. Was out doing errands, and a craving hit me. I wanted a Strawberry shake, McDonalds had a line wrapping around nearly nice. Figured I'd live when I saw Andy's. I've heard a lot of praise about this place, so I figured "hey why not, theres no line". I know why there is no line now. I showed up and ordered the Strawberry Oreo Shake. By the time I got to the window the shake was ready. Like literally, I gave my card to pay and was handed my shake before I got my card back. I was shocked. It's just that fast. The shake was fantastic. I don't have a "sweet" palate, so I can't really tell you why they are special. For the first time in over a decade, the spouse asked if I wanted a shake and my response was "Is it from Andy's?" Otherwise I wouldn't do it. Take that for what you will. But I don't like sweets, but I'll always choose Andy's.
Andy's is a guilty pleasure. I recommend your favorite flavor as a jackhammer. The warm fudge in the middle is heaven.

This place is great but the new Santa Brownie is a little harsh on the mint pieces where to big i could not enjoy my custard i wouldnt get it again but other items i have tried are great !!
