The service was the worst I’ve ever had, our bartender/server Courtney didn’t refill any of our drinks not one single time and my friends appetizer came out incorrect instead of getting cheese for the pretzel he got Alfredo sauce and honey mustard? She didn’t bother to check on us at all and when she was spoken to she would rush off in a hurry and was disrespectful to my friend telling her to speak up very rudely I’m never one to leave a review but this was needed she wasn’t even able to remember what we ordered and didn’t bother to double check either until we mentioned what was missing and incorrect about our orders, we won’t be back

Came in late afternoon today hardly anyone there, the food was ok, but the service was awful! So incredibly slow!!!! It took over a half hour to get our food, my husband had to ask for simple things multiple times it was absolutely ridiculous

We haven't eaten at Applebee's in years. We decided to try it since it is literally a two minute drive from our home. We were seated. Several staff members looked at us and walked by. My husband asked the hostess if we had a server. He went to get them and never came back. I was highly disappointed.

It's an an Applebee's not a 5 star restaurant so even though it was very clean I can't give it a higher score for atmosphere. I will say the food was surprisingly delicious (Oriental chicken salad and pretzel sticks). I hadn't been to an Applebee's in years so I was really impressed. The highlight was the staff, particularly an employee named Julianna. So polite and attentive. Amazing service! I wouldn't go back for the ambiance but I'd definitely go back for the food and service. Nice work, Applebee's!

I went here on March 17, and the door was locked, and other patrons were opening the door for each other. My mom and I got the 2 for $30. We both got the lime chicken dish, and our appetizer was the spinach and artichoke dip. Well, when we placed the order and got our drinks. Which was i had sweet tea, and my mom had regular. The server brought our main dish but not the appetizer. Then, when we asked where it was? The server said the waitress didn't put in the computer. So he was nice enough to apologize for the mistake. We did get our appetizer after our chicken. When the waitress came around asking if we wanted refills. She gave my mom the sweet tea. We are sure if we will come back to this location or go to a location in North Irving on 635
