I went here for dinner with friends last Saturday. The front entrance and lobby were very impressive. Unfortunately, the first people I encountered were the hostesses and they immediately came off as arrogant and unfriendly. We were seated at a great table near the bar and had a great waitress. I had the pork chops and they were good but not great. This placed seemed like a great spot initially but I was disappointed as the night went on. I wouldn't go back. There are too many other places in and around Grapevine.

Waste of money. Went to celebrate a birthday and became immediately disappointed in the service. Worse, they overlooked my pork chop and destroyed the desserts. Don’t waste your money there.

The entire experience was outstanding. The atmosphere is beautiful and fun. Bar service was perfection. My dinner was the best fish I have ever had. We can't wait to go back!! Ask for Otis in the bar. He's top notch and knows his bourbon.

Highlight of our weekend at Bacchus for lunch. I had flank steak and eggs (great), wife had chicken sandwich (she said she would order it again). Sangria was really good and sweet. Hugh

It is a beautiful setting. The appetizers were delicious. He had wedge salad with lots of tomatoes as requested. My hamachi was different but tasty. He had the fusilli pasta and it was very good he said. I had the filet it had a nice flavor and cooked perfectly. But they both came out on cold plates so both meals were cold within minutes. Loved the birthday surprise! Overall 4 star.

Sat at the bar with my wife for our valentine getaway. Otis was slammed busy with a group that was definitely in their own world and was able to stay on top of them and take care of us while killing it with his knowledge of drinks and making some of his favorites. He really made the experience memorable. The live music was a very nice touch but made it a little difficult to converse. The food was great and the bar was constantly kept clean. Definitely worth checking out.

Horrible. Music in lobby played so loud I couldn't keep a conversation with husband. Felt as if we were screaming at each other to hear one another. Waitress was rude. It was like she purposely ignored our table while she waited on the tables on each side of us. Food was not up to par as it was a year ago. Pretty bad. We will probably never go back. When we went back to the valet to get our car the employee was rude to my husband and acted like a 5-year old when my husband had to pay inside rather than him. Overall, I would give Bacchus Kitchen+Bar a double zero.

Amazing dinner and drinks. Thank you Otis for the experience! We had a steak and multiple cocktails. It's fun to see amazing new things at the bar with a friendly experience.

While the food and service was decent, the overall experience was overshadowed by the enormous price tag. There are not many meals worth 450.00 and this was certainly not one of them.

The ambiance would be good if this was a contained restaurant vs being open to the hotel. Food is decent but not worth the price. Clientele is a mix of everyone staying at the hotel - some in shorts and sneakers next to others in fine dining attire. If you're going for a nice date night just know others there are having a casual bite.

The hostess was so sweet and was able to fit me in early. My waiter, Jack, was amazing and kept checking in on me to see if I was good or needed anything. The manager, Trent, came by as well at the end to see if I was well taken care of.

Service was terrible where we ended up leaving angry and hungry. I had ordered an appetizer and pasta dish. After about 25 minutes the server brought pasta and the appetizer at the same time. I explained to him that I wanted to enjoy my first course and did not want pasta to get cold and if he can keep it warm in the kitchen. He took pasta back. I finished my first course and waited 15 minutes server never checked in on us or so I flagged down the server to bring my pasta out of the warmer. Waited another 25 minutes still no pasta. Finally I cancelled my order and we left without eating a proper meal. It seems like it’s ran by buncha amateurs but prices are like 5 star restaurant. Terrible experience. My friend had similar terrible service at a different time.

Wine great. Ambiance great. Lamb - AMAZING!!!! caesar salad was worst one I have ever had. 10 of us in our group, 6 got the Caesar salad and all agreed it was terrible. Service was slow.
