Great food, fast service, rude server. Asked for clarification on what number she was calling because I couldn’t hear. Instead I got yelled at and she had an attitude. Love this place, but I’d rather order ahead instead of dealing with that

Great classic Philly. I got it with all the recommended toppings. mozzarella sticks are really good. I almost skipped the drink in order to get Boba tea from the adjacent vendor and I am so glad I tried the strawberry lemonade. It was amazing.

Ordered Regular cheese steak + banana peppers and extra provolone.Got my sandwich after being visibly ignored.No banana peppers and no extra provolone.Service was bad. Didn't get what I paid for. And what I did get was bland and tasteless. Thanks but no thanks.

We came here over the weekend. There were 4 staff that I could see. One guy just working on the drinks, one guy directing orders (looked like the manager), one lady working on the food and one other guy working on the food.The drink guy was fine. Hard to mess that up I suppose.The guy that looked like the manager was between stations. He was very apologetic when they messed up my order not once.. but twice. It appears maybe he kept on giving the food preparers the wrong order? I'm not sure.The lady had a terrible attitude. When I went to get my food, I asked where my other items were and she glared at me like I slapped her face or something. She looked confused and irate. I was cordial and just showed her my receipt. That's when the manager swooped in and said some things I couldn't understand (another language maybe) to her to which she then gave me some food and went about her business. But she STILL got it wrong and there was another item missing. Repeat her glare to me and attitude. Manager again came in and said some words and she finally filled the order completely. The manager was apologetic and explained to me it was the system they had and what not.All this time the last food prep guy was just on the side I guess doing his job. With all the busyness, he literally just sat there waiting. Like he had one job and couldn't be bothered to assist elsewhere. This isn't a knock on him but maybe he just wasn't enabled to do other tasks.All in all. The food was okay. Fries too thick and bland. Steak too chewy. I don't think I'll be back. The line and wait was extremely long and the return was not worth it.

Absolutely horrible, there will probably be an owner who replies that wants to make it right. I don’t think anything could make right the fact that even when they are slow - it takes forever, the food was horrible (soggy) and cannot even understand how to evenly spread sauce across the bread. Every time i pass by (i work in the mall) i’m disgusted thinking about the buffalo chicken i ordered.Take it off the menu, take this place out of the mall and replace it with ANYTHING else.
