The food was delicious, but the customer service wasn't. I pulled up to order my food, had no real genuine greeting, and got to the window. There was still no greeting or person at the window. Instead, a few minutes later, I got my food pushed out of the window in front of my face, and my total. I will not be visiting this location again, but thank you.

My husband and I went to dine in at Chicken Express on Northwest Hwy in Grapevine Texas at 7:10 this evening and we were never acknowledged by the 2 guys working the front. One looked at us but never said a word. We waited 5 minutes and left. Will NEVER go back!!!

I keep making the mistake and going back to this location. They always get my food order wrong. This time it was wrong, and I made sure to ask before they gave it to me to clarify what I was getting. The fried okra was Stone cold? The roles were smashed down in terrible shape the okra was completely poured out in the sack upside down. The meal was terrible. Every time I go it is bad so now I willquit going. Just be aware of what you might get if you go through the drive through

I gotta say this place is awesome The corn nuggets will make you want to come back for Moore Their chicken is delicious. Service be Bussin awesome place to come get a meal. They say their fish is good but when I come for chicken I come for chicken you can’t forget a large, sweet tea. Heck I should’ve got a gallon of how good it was, give this place a try. Affordable chicken. Get a three-piece side, a drink and a biscuit for 10 bucks can’t beat that.
