Like half the games were broken. The pizza was super expensive. The staff did seem like they were trying to make the best of the situation that they were dealt.

Showed up at 7P to find out they are closing early due to inclement weather. Ok that’s fine, but then 1. Answer your phone when someone calls 2. Don’t shut done the salad bar & other things you offer If I had not promised my 5 yr old this place for her bday I wouldn’t have given them 30 minutes of my time & money!!! Oh here let me add more…they turned the ticket machine off at 7:20P I was told by Josh to go to the Lewisville location next time. Josh has a lot of training to do!! Pics for proof! Horrible customer service! Dave & Buster’s from now on! I wonder if the owner knows how terrible the customer service is. If they keep at this rate they will run this business right into the ground. What a shame!
