I was there yesterday, there was one family before us waiting for the hostess to come take their name. We stood there for 10 minutes without anyone coming to talk to us. The restaurant is not that big, the bar tender saw us, a couple of waiters saw us but no one came to greet us. The restauran was half full so I don't understand what the problem was. We left and went to a nearby restaurant. This is the third (and last) incident we have at this location. We eill not come back, there are many other options in the area.

Timeline: 5:45 pm - Put our name on the list 6:10 - Next on the list, noticed empty tables and asked if we could put them together ourselves. Said yes. 6:20 - Went and got our own menus 6:25 - Took drink orders said she'd be right back for food orders 6:40 - brought drinks 6:45 - Got our own silverware so we could have straws 6:50 - "Oh yeah, I forgot to take your order!" 7:10 - half the food starts coming out, finally got it all by 7:20 Let's see Wray it's like getting the check..... Meanwhile, people are waiting up front for tables, no hostess....

Expectations were not high, as it is currently Christmas season and it gets chaotic on Main Street. They were understandably busy, but service and food were unacceptable. I don't mind waiting, and honestly, am pretty patient. However, we waited for our dinner for an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. They were apparently out of fried pickles. Didn't receive a bread basket until an hour after ordering, even though we asked for one twice. Saw multiple tables who came after us receive their bread. Food was cold. The only thing that helped warm up my cold chicken was the warm gravy. No silverware, napkins, or sugar provided - we had to get up and get it from the bar ourselves. Obviously understaffed and ill-prepared.

This place is a casual country restaurant with plenty of fried foods. The staff here was rather nice and appreciative, but be careful of what you may find with the guacamole.

Food is good and came out hot. Service was good. Chicken Fried Chicken and Steak Fingers... good.sides. Rolls were not hot and honestly, not as yummy as the rolls at Texas Roadhouse.

Patty melt and French fries tasted like the salt shaker opened up on top of the food. HORRIBLE ???

Really enjoyed our lunch here! The server was friendly and answered our questions about food and local attractions. Sangria was great! Apps were real good and lunch combos were a good size portion too and tasty. The Texas Buttercake tho!!! Shut the Front Door!! Stop in for this if Nothing Else!

Great little restaurant for southern cooked meals and dishes with a Texas brisket touch. We enjoyed the brisket queso with chips, and the Southern fried chicken breast with sides. The yeast rolls were a nice touch. Located on north side of Main Street Grapevine, so not too crowded with Saturday visitors.

My food was absolutely amazing. There was flavor in eat bite. We took sides back to our room. My husband had the chicken fried chicken, black eyed peas, and corn. I had grilled pork chops, broccoli rice and cheese, and black eyed peas. My Sangria was refreshing. We ordered 3 key lime pies and the carrot cake. Our server had pleasing personality.

I have ate at a different Cotton Patch before and it was amazing yet this time food was not at all to my standards, I ordered 4 Steak meals and was told to be there at a certain time to pick up and I was and food was very cold, it did not taste right, bacon bits were burned that felt like rocks, ordered two Caesar Salads and was not what I got. The only good thing here was the rolls. I am so disappointed with the meals I will not eat hear again. Hopefully they do better for someone else.

Good food, good value, and a good bit of dysfunction. Bustling to a hectic feel, I couldn't decide whether I felt I was being served very attentively or just rushed. The chicken fried brisket with country gravy and Dr pepper sauce is absolutely amazing! I loved it, my wife loved it, our infant loved it. The green beans were very good, absolutely on the upper end of restaurant Green beans. The sauteed mushrooms are really good too.Building on the hectic hustle feel of the place while I was finishing out paying by scanning my card and punching in the tip on the handheld register, our plates were all taken including the one I was still feeding our son from, which had probably a third of one of the chicken fried briskets still on it that I had cut up and was feeding him while he was in his high chair. By the time I looked up from the register, it was gone, and my wife couldn't catch up with the gal, but they did bring us an entire third chicken fried brisket peace. Baby proceeded to eat about 2/3 of it on top of what we had already been feeding him.Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

The prices are competitive. They sale fried pickles and tomatoes with panko batter. The chicken burgers are nice. Fries similar to Jack in the box.

Absolutely loved the service! The reviews said that they were going to be a great place for some hospitality and great food, and it outdid the reviews! The servers were so friendly and got our food perfect. They checked on us right when we needed them, and even the shift change was smooth! We aren’t from Texas, but if we were this place would’ve been our go to date night place! I even left my phone in the store after they closed and they were kind enough to let me in and grab it real fast! Thank you ?!
