Told me I had to wait several minutes because there weren’t any clean tables. Difficult to find a reasonable experience eating out in DFW.It took so long, I left. Most of the restaurant was empty.

Cracker Barrel has been a great restaurant and country store in the past but it’s declined in the last couple of years because of the pandemic, so many of the previous employees ( kitchen and wait staff) who were delivering top quality and good service moved on during the pandemic shutdown and now have new employees who are having issues living up to Cracker Barrel standards of pre-pandemic years. If the corporate leadership will be proactive and bring back the previous years quality of service and improve the food preparation to the previous standards, then I will patronize the restaurant at the same level as I have in the past.

Super great service. There was only 2 people working this morning and they a best job they could, and there was over 200 kids and they still did a great job.
Very friendly staff and server.Pancakes were good, but syrup was not heated as it used to be.Eggs were prepared well, but served cold."Thick" bacon was not.

Our waiter was absolutely wonderful!!!! Food was great ?? chicken and dumplings only had one small piece of chicken but our waiter took it back right away and it was perfect. We had the sampler plate with extra side and meatloaf was the best I’ve ever had

The food was fantastic as usual, but our waitress was a little rude when we asked for the things she forgot, like that we ordered no ice in our drinks, the side that she forgot to bring with our food and never came back to give us our check, so we had to tell the cashier the table number we were sitting at to be able to pay and leave
Great breakfast. Wait staff wasn’t super attentive, but it was Sunday AM so I’m sure we weren’t the only table.
