I am very unhappy with this location they are sloppy and unprofessional they don’t care and is not considerate at all of the customers I have experienced 3 separate occasions they yell curse and are rude to the customers and this is the last straw the way they treat customers ,a family that orders from them all the time. My order was delivered to wrong address, a business at that, I had already waited the 40 mins over time to find out that it was delivered to a wrong address I told them I would like my ordered remade, when contacted by the delivery driver she told me she delivered it to the wrong address but yet I would have to wait another 40-60 mins when I called and asked will I be discounted I was simply told NO ! Because it being made fresh ,so it’s my fault y’all delivered to wrong address? but not willing to your compensate your customer a discounted fee ,I didn’t say I wanted it free but discount me for the extra wait this was truly a disappointment at the fact I had to wait even longer to feed my kids this late!

We came from afar with my family, excited by the promise that this Pizza Hut, according to Google and the information in the store, would close at 10:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. However, our experience was disappointing. Despite my pregnant wife's strong cravings and the fact that we came with our 2-year-old son, we were met with the unpleasant surprise that the establishment was closed, as stated by the employee. It's frustrating when businesses don't even adhere to their established hours, which could be a reason for the failure of such establishments. We hope that Pizza Hut takes measures to ensure that their hours are respected, thereby providing a better experience for their customers.

The service was horrible. The manager Dylan was extremely rude and unprofessional when we were talking to him about the wings that we had received. When we received our wings, they had white sauce drizzled that tasted like ranch, and it was ranch. We asked the employee if this was ranch or garlic Parmesan and he said and I quote " I'm the one who made this I know what it should look like ".. mm okay rude. Even in the photo the wings were completely tossed and sauce and ours was drizzled and he said because they don't have a bowl to toss it in. They cannot toss the wings. he had a nasty attitude, and he was extremely rude again. All we asked was a simple question from was it ranch or garlic Parmesan and he did not have to have the nasty attitude. Never coming back here again.

Took over an hour for pizza delivery. When we called and spoke to the assistant manager Dylan, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Completely unresolved customer service issue as he hung up on us several times. When the pizza did arrive it was cold and inedible. I would not recommend supporting this dominos franchise.

8:06pm. pizza done and says it's ready for pick up.8:16pm. I arrive in parking lot and say "here" on the text message.As I'm parked (with my hazards on! FOR ALL EMPLOYEES TO SEE ME. RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE FRONT DOOR)I can see my two medium pizzas waiting on the shelf through the door. I proceed to call the store and ask for my order to be taken to me. He apologized.It's 8:32pm and I'm finally leaving the store. 2 minutes had expired and nobody reached out to me for the 2 minute gaurantee.Also I put in a $3.00 tip. FOR A CARRYOUT(car side delivery) ORDER. Don't tip before a service has been provided.I couldn't get out of my car and ordering from here the first time since I moved In the area was a pain. Thanks.I think it's funny the owner responds to 5 star reviews only and nothing else. Grow a pair, buddy.

This was unfortunately the worst experience at a dominoes I've ever had. For starters the small buff chick pizza was $14 which I think is insanely priced. The hand tossed pizza tasted funky and had almost no sauce on it. The buff chick pizza tasted very weird and nothing like buff chick pizza does. There was no spice at all and just tasted like cheesey chicken. The toppings on the tots were burnt and tasted horrible. Overall 2/10 would not eat again.
