The service wasn't great. We were forgotten about for awhile and they were not busy. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks, and another half hour for food. The tables were sticky and the bar chairs felt they were ready to collapse. Floor was dirty and sticky. Won't go
I ordered through Uber eats to pickup myself. The order said 5-15 minutes to prepare and be ready. I waited 16 minutes and was at the grapevine, Texas location to pickup. When I notified the hostess at the front about my pickup, I had to wait 17 minutes for my order that was wrong. It took me 5 minutes to my friends in euless and our food was cold. We went on a Thursday, looked like mostly the “regulars” and few there for march madness games. Server was very friendly but didn’t come by that often. Nonetheless the food was basic, mediocre to say the most. Wings were undercooked and burger was terrible. For a national chain they sure know how to ruin the brand.
