Great service; great teas and cheap prices. I got the Huge. It was Big Gulp sized and it was less than $3. I am guessing it was an afternoon happy hour; I will be back at those prices.The Green Tea was flavorful and refreshing. They had just the right amount of ice. The staff was friendly and efficient. They have some snacks as well. The line in the drive thru was several cars long, but we were in and out quickly.

We went when the Cousins Lobster truck was there. I’ve never been to a HTeaO before but what fun. I love iced tea, but you could go crazy sampling all the options. I’ll be back (a lots!).

My friend and I each received $25.00 gift cards from another friend at Christmas for HTeaO. They were purchased at the Grapevine shop. Yesterday I used mine for the first time at a shop in Bedford. To my surprise I was told I had a balance of $7.00 plus change remaining. My girlfriend got home and checked her balance on her card and it came up as invalid! She checked it 3 times, same result. I don't like accusing people/employees of wrongdoing but there was no other explanation for this to of happened.****We went to Grapevine and spoke with the manager yesterday and he was super nice about our situation. He gave us new cards. We really appreciate his kindness. Thank you!****

It is nice and clean on the inside, however all the fruit is days old and with mold. The fruit is dated from 3/4 days ago. It does not look like they actually check the fruit either since the strawberries had mold and the mint was more brown than green. Maybe try to have a lower inventory since it seems this place does not get much traction.

Yea was amazing! Great crunchy ice like sonic. Good customer service. Only wish there were add ins such as boba/popping boba or jellies or fruit bits.
Visited this location and it was nice. The tea wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Haven't been here enough to tell you of the consistency though.

First time trying the teas! Really fun drinks and they all taste pretty good. Usually in and out of the drive thru in the mornings too which is nice.
