Sticky floors and couldn't really understand/hear employees. Nice, salty fries. Tacos seemed too crunchy/crunchier than normal...perhaps old/stale.

Food was decent the lady that took my order was nice. But the lady helping her or maybe training her seemed bothered when I asked a question about the menu prices. She quickly gave me the answer and snubbed me. There weren’t any cars behind so maybe she was having a rough day?

Food is decent. Not expecting anything mind-blowing from a fast food burger. I come here if I need a burger fix before work. My issue with this place is the people who work here. I don’t expect top-tier service from Jack in the Box, but basic communication shouldn't be too much to ask for. The employees are rude, prideful and can't accept the idea that they made a mistake. If the customer says he was charged for the wrong item or received the wrong item, as has happened to me multiple times here, then they will defend themselves to their last breath, refusing to believe that they might be at fault. I really have to question why I keep coming here.

I visit this location on a regular. Went last night got cold food and once l called to make the M.O.D aware of this problem. He suggested l put it in the microwave since l wasn't able to come right back on his time. Very unacceptable. Then when l asked his name he hung up on me and continued to ignore my calls after. I went back today only to find the same disrespectful manager. Who just so happened to be the GM of this location. Since he couldn't hang up again because in person at this point. He just kept repeatedly interrupting me. By asking how many l help u over and over not giving me any answers about the conversation the night before. As if he didn't remember what my complaint was about. Then proceeded to snatch the recipient out of my hand.This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had here and now l understand why they rarely have business. If this is how he's going to act they will surely lose the few customers who visits this location. Do better as a g.m and leader. Plus he still never gave me his name!!!

Ordered delivery, they didn’t give everything to the DoorDash driver, food was missing and not properly sealed so it was hard to determine who had the fault here. One of my wraps straight up had no chicken in it, drink and shake missing. Worst part is NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL TO LET THEM KNOW YOU’RE HAVING SOMEONE COME BACK TO GET THE LOST ITEMS! I worked in the service industry for 8 years, I know what it’s like, and this right here is why nobody takes us seriously. Pitiful. Can’t expect to get paid more and care less, that’s just ignorant.

SATURN'S SATELLITE

This happened 2 days in a rowJust a simple order of tacos (with not taco sauce) and a chicken sandwichthe male teenagers always seem annoyed when I ask for my food to be fresh (yes I know it’s fast food and it’s not the freshest thing to eat but what we mean by that is food made right then and there,food that isn’t soggy or taste like it’s been sitting there we can tell the difference we aren’t dumb…) and the workers always say with a annoyed tone “the food is always fresh” yeahhh I don’t thing stale tacos and a old chicken sandwich with a stale patty is “always fresh” or made to orderAlso they keep forgetting the simplest thing of how I ask for no taco sauce on my tacos (it says so on the receipt and everything so they heard my order and got it right someone just isn’t do there job correctly) I don’t know about y’all but if I saw someone who cared so little about they’re job,I’d say they don’t deserve said job in the first place

Been in the area a long time. We went through drive with some kids in the car and the staff was so rude. Not just to me but the kids as well. I think the entire store needs some behavioral training ?. More to come. It doesn't cost you anything to be nice. Especially with kids in the vehicle.Kid-friendliness: Pending response from store manager. I had to call her directly bc the store manager was rude to me.
