Service was sub-par. No one at the front door to seat us. Three employees and a man who appeared to be a manager were all chatting it up in the corner. Finally, a server came over after about 10 minutes. We ordered appetizers, which she brought out with our meals. The appetizers (cheese fries), the cheese was hard and the fries were cold. I had a hot dog, which was okay, nothing to write home about other than saying I did not want mustard on my chili, cheese, and onions. Yrs they added mustard.My Mom had requested onions on her hamburger and there were none. Because the server never came to check on us, we had to make multiple attempts to flag her down to get some onions.Finally, a completely different server came by to check on us, by then we were just ready for our check so we could leave.The atmosphere was as you would expect for a mid-class bar/ burger joint.I was not impressed.

Ate at this location today for a nice evening dinner and ended up disappointed. When we walked in no one was there to greet us and we stood up there for a good 5 minutes before we ended up just sitting ourselves. Then we finally got a waiter that kept walking past our table telling us “one moment” only to make us wait another 5 minutes and it wasn’t even that busy! When we finally got our food after all of that the fries were cold and soggy. I will admit the chili burger was pretty good but overall our visit was definitely not up to par. We strayed from our usual Frisco location but we won’t be making that mistake again.

Fantastic food 1 if you order a side salad you’re getting half to one cup of lettuceEdit -I called and the manager said “ yeah our side salads are pretty small” so If you want more than a few bites, order a full salad.

My server Christina was phenomenal. Always right on point and my glass never got close to empty. She was very attentive and made me feel welcome and appreciated. The manager Grace stopped by my table to check on me. She was super nice and it was awesome to know that the manager, all be it busy, took the time to check on her customers. This level of service from Christina and Grace will keep me coming back and others I'm sure as well.

I had the Kickin Chicken Fried Bacon Burger, it was delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked. My friend had the Chicken Cobb salad, she said it was very tasty. The service was wonderful, being a restaurant manager myself, I'm a harsh critic, but our server Jessica was great, she checked in on us at appropriate times and wasn't pushy. This location always has great food and the experience is always pleasant.Parking: Parking on the side of the building, street parking and a free parking lot.
atmosphere is very welcoming and lively. the sweet potato fries were really good, 10/10! the burger was okay. it didn't have much sauce. more bun than patty. the churros were good, lots of cinnamon and sugar. our waitress was Riley, she was amazing. loved her!!!!

My partner and I recently had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon with my parents who were in town visiting. The experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door to the moment our server offered us to go refills before we left. Every food item that we received, from appetizer to dessert, arrived hot and was delicious. We had been meaning to try Jake's for a while and I have no doubt we will be back for many years to come. I would highly recommend what is my new favorite bar and grill!
