Mariam was awesome, our flight got in late and it was closing time but she called out to us with a smile as she saw my co worker and I drooling over the meat. she was super helpful and an absolute pleasure. I got the brisket my co worker for the pulled pork and the portions were large but that didn't stop us from polishing them off!

We booked our son's 7th birthday party here three weeks in advance and paid our $100 deposit and were told that someone would reach out to us to confirm the guest count prior to the party. The day of the party came and I still hadn't heard from anyone so I called to give them our final guest count and was told that they don't have our reservation. When they finally found it, we were told they could not accommodate our party and that they'd offer me a refund instead. This was a few hours before the scheduled time for the party. Having to unexpectedly scramble to contact other venues to see if they could host our party last minute and having to contact all of the kid's parents was unnecessary stress. For anyone booking a party, please make sure to follow up with them well in advance of the date of the party. To this day, I still have not received the refund of my deposit or an apology. Will never book another event here.

Just had a great evening at a very busy main event . Wanted to give a special shout out to Chris the bartender who treated me like a regular even after the first of a couple of rounds so thanks so much for the amazing service while I was with some personal vip guests visiting from out of town. Also wanted to give a shout out to Jared in the laser tag section. We had a little mix up but he was a total professional and treated us great so still wanted to thank him even if stuff was complicated. Finally thanks to the whole team for giving my family a great evening!

Good experience with food and service today. Only con was the bathrooms weren't working and there was no solution for it. We had to keep leaving and driving to the restaurant next door to use the restroom.

A honest "Rey Review": $$ Me, my girlfriend, and family came here to bowl. We had a lot of fun bowling and our family enjoyed the games played there. However, where it is two stars is the service. We arrived and the lady that helped us had an irritable attitude. She took our order when we arrived, but we never received any of our drinks til another gentleman helped us. When exchanging bowling shoes for different sizes, there were 3 employees at the desk and instead of helping me they just talked to each other. Until one finally decided to help me, their assistance came with an annoyed attitude. Overall, the things they have to do is okay. I rather go somewhere else though for better service.

I'm a food critic. Last Sunday January the 2nd, our family went to had a great time. Was a good atmosphere. We ordered some food for the whole family, the service was "ok" considering lack of employees. But, it took sooo long to get our food, besides, I paid almos $150.00 for just a pizza, some wings, breadsticks and a salad. I believed it was a mistake. Next time, we won't ordered from Main Event, lack of good service to us, the customers. I'll have a total of 2 stars because we had a great time bowling.

Would not give our family a pitcher because my 55 year old mother did not have her ID and manager would not accept a picture, even though she is and looks well over 21. Our night was listening to and watching children run around the bar, thought the pool and bar area was only for 21+ not 15 year olds climbing on pool tables and toddlers screaming. Would never come again.

Grapevine location is super clean with a very helpful and friendly staff and you know what this place is FUN even for an old lady like me! Bowling is great and kids love the laser tag and games. Sports bar has every sport on even hockey which I love and terrific comfy booths. We are so lucky this safe family spot is here. Gift cards bought in bulk save you $$ too and they have coupons. Birthday party packages come with a lot of swag and everything is taken care of for you!

The staff has horrible service ! First, the bartender was not attentive when we asked for our drinks and will disappear and just make faces. Second, we played the VR game and it only worked for one of us and the lady told us that it doesn't work and they couldn't fix it,which is a really dumb reply.(why did they let us play in the first place) Third, a asked for a refund and the manager Chris took 40 minutes to refund us are points and just wasted our time. And last but not least, we played laser tag and we weren't even running and they stopped us from playing. Worst service ever !

Friends and myself came in tonight for drinks and bowling. Upon arrival we got our lane and a server came over before we started playing and took our drink and food orders. After completing a full game of bowling with 5 players we still hadn't received water, drinks or food. So we went up and asked our server and found out he forgot to place our order. We spoke to the manager and he was unwilling to comp ANYTHING or give us any extra time to bowl when we had wasted 30 minutes waiting for our waters much less our drinks. EXTREMELY unsavory customer service and I will not be coming back. I highly recommend bowling anywhere else.

I walked in expecting to have a fun Friday night out but apparently walked into an escape room. I say this because my main reason for coming to this establishment was to play billiards. I decided to obtain the $20 all inclusive pass and play laser tag and bowling while waiting for a pool table to become available. no pool tables were available so we killed time by playing laser tag. Once we had completed our laser quest we walked to the pool tables and saw an opening. I walked to the front desk and ask for equipment to play billiards. Little did I know there was a wait list that i was completely unware of and wasnt made aware of by the staff when first purchasing my all inclusive pass. So after putting my name down I waited. Once we waited about 30 minutes and got our pool table. We decided to purchase food. We asked the waitress how to order food at the pool table. We were told to go to the bar and order. My friend went to the bar and asked to order. The bartender said to him that he can't order there at he bar and made a sly remark as a joke but we did not laugh. We then were told we had to order at the cafeteria. I went to order and had to wait about 10 minutes for the cafeteria workers to get everything in order and I ordered my food. I played for a while until my buzzer buzzed. I then got my food and made haste to the table. Everything was smooth sailing from that point on but the first hour there was a real pain. For this reason i give this main event establishment 3 stars. Thank you for reading and god bless. TLDR- place was mid

I just want to say that if "Just Kyle" is working he really made my kiddos day. We took advantage of the 14.99 deal and the kids had a great time until my 4 year old won a Roman Rains card out of the game and set it down and lost it. I by chance told Kyle and he went above and beyond helping get him a new card. He also tested my other kids with prizes and they were beyond excited. Kyle made their day and he also made this Momma's day. For that we will always go to this Main Event and my kids will always look for "Just Kyle" as his name tags says!

My husband took me bowling for Mother's Day and it was a ton of fun! Sundays after 5pm, bowling is ~$30/hr and extra for shoe rentals. We were able to get in about 3.5 games. The shoes (with velcro) and bathrooms seemed a bit on the "worn" side, but still clean. The facilities overall seemed nice, especially the bowling lanes. They have balls of varying weight at each lane and size (S-M-L) clearly marked on the balls so you don't have to keep trying to find the one that fits your hand. The display screen prompted us for a selfie before starting to bowl and our (masked) faces ended up on the screen the whole time. I hadn't been to a bowling alley before where the fault line was active and if you step over, you definitely lose out on any points you would have received. I also liked their kid-friendly option that was shaped liked a dinosaur (?). Excited to go back some time with my toddler for some bowling and arcade games (and maybe laser tag when he's older)!
