We had a church event for our men and had a great time! The service team was on it, keeping the pizza and salads full. Steve Hutch was very attentive to our needs and was super at our bowling time. He even found our logo on line and had it as the background on the scoreboard! We had an excellent time at Main Event! Thank you Steve!

He went above and beyond, personally overseeing the set up, food distribution, and coordinating the entertainment our group enjoyed. We will make this venue a must for future events.

I booked a party here for my church for 4/19 and the entire experience was lovely. We had about 25 adults and children and not one person walked away dissatisfied. From the initial conversation with the Sales team member Nichole, to the promptness of the food, to the cheerful attitude of the entire staff, there was nothing left they could've done to make the experience as amazing as it was.I would like to give a special shout out to the manager Steve or as he was affectionately known: Hutch. He made sure to check in with us about every half hour to make sure everything was going smoothly and even went the extra mile to make sure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. Even so much that he found the logo to our church and put it on the screens at the bowling lanes. It was a nice touch that made the experience feel very personal.

Bought tickets in advanced for a specific show (Star Walk). Got there and was told the venue was closed for a private party. Was told we could "go to another location and play games." I didn't pay nearly $80 so my friend with cancer could play games. " come back a different day". Uh, no. My friend will be getting cancer treatment and can't do that. We also live out of town, so an extension won't work either.Then, Eventbrite states the event is non-refundable.You sold me tickets to an event that didn't take place and refuse a refund?I am livid., and you will be hearing from me again.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is a family place. You can have fun but when you go more than 3 or 4 times the charm is broken. Has plenty of parking, at night is well illuminated. If you like fast food then you will have no problem. A little bit pricey so check your pocket first.Kid-friendliness: A lot of kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Accesible.
Had been here to celebrate a birthday. The booking process was seamless for a group of 10 , we did the 3 hour unlimited pass + laser tag and included the VR games too. The hostess was amazing and the service spot on. They did manage the kids and their expectations well, the we had brought our cake and the hostess did help with setting up , cleaning and managing the group. The space was clean, games had variety including the normal arcade games and some new ones. Kids had a lot of fun. Tried some food at their small resto bar. Food was ok, service top notch. A 'will come again' place.

Me and my family went up there today and we got in trouble by a manager named Valerie about hitting my child in the bathroom and I was not hitting her I was disciplining her because I am her mother she was very out of line and disrespectful towards me and my family I will be calling the Gm tomorrow and filing a complaint and will no longer have my business so please if you have little kids do not go to this location or the staff will be very rude and disrespectful when you are trying to discipline your children
