Ordered a double quarter pounder with extra mustard and ketchup add m sauce extra onion extra pickles and got NO extra ANYTHING nor did they add mcsauce...my LG fries was about the only thing that was good because even my frkn orange fanta tasted NASTY ? she said they had ran out of syrup... SERIOUSLY!!!

I wouldn't normally eat at McDonald's for anything other than breakfast. They have the worst burgers in fast food.That being said, this morning was the best fast food experience ever. I ordered just a sandwich and it took me longer to eat the sandwich than it took them to make it. It was fresh and hot too.

No ice cream and manager directed me to use the self serve machines to place my order instead of just taking my order herself. Zero customer service and can't even provide the items on the menu.

Pulled through for lunch earlier and was asked to park in the order ahead spot and they would bring out our food. There were two other cars parked ahead of us and all we had was 2 $3 bundles and 2 medium drinks. We waited almost 20 mins for our food and I’m assuming it was the manager that brought out our food as he was wearing a white button up shirt l. Didn’t even apologize or say hi he just handed us our food and walked away. The food wasn’t even fresh. We didn’t eat the fries because they tasted old. I wouldn’t have been upset if the food was at least fresh but it wasn’t. Extremely disappointed.

This McDonalds is terrible. My wife ordered through the app and sent me the voice code to give them. I went to the counter and gave them the verbal code. 10 min later they told me the order was supposed to be picked up at the drive thru. So I left and went through the drive thru where they told me they couldn't find my order and I would have to bring my wife's phone up there to get the order. I just left and now I'm at the McDonald's on Glade Rd. I have never ordered food at this McDonalds and not had something missing or taken 10+ min to get my food. I'll drive twice as far before I ever go back.
