How can someone dislike McDonald’s? this location is very efficient especially when it’s busy the staff is efficient and repeat your order back to you at the window as well you can check your order on the screen as they are plugging in your order so you can always correct.Parking: The only complaint about parking, which is really nothing, I guess the builders could do. What I’m referring to is if you’re in the drive-through line there’s no issue but if you park and go inside and it’s busy, especially good luck backing out of your parking space lolKid-friendliness: It’s McDonald’s what don’t kids love about it? This location like a most McDonald’s now has an indoor play area and it is separated from the dining room so other patrons in the dining room can still have a pleasant experience.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is ADA compliant.

I stopped by the drive thru last night on my way home. When I got to the pickup window, I was asked to pull up to spot number 1. All I ordered was a burger meal and a chicken sandwich. After 15 minutes of sitting there waiting, and watching at least 6 cars go through, I pulled back around and asked if they had forgotten about me. They handed me a bag of cold, soggy food and said sorry about that sir

May 2018:I wanted to write an update to my review since they have completely remodeled this McDonald's. It looks very modern and open.The children's play area is significantly smaller than the previous one so it gets pretty crowded during meal times. There's much more open space with the same amount of seating. They got rid of the old video games and now they have 2 tablet-style devices with multiple games to choose from.They have installed computerized ordering systems into this location like many other McDonald's have been doing. The staff is friendly. The drive-thru route still blocks parking spaces when it gets busy.Jan. 2018:This location serves pretty standard McD's food. While the staff wasn't rude, they weren't as outwardly friendly as other McD's I've been to.This one has been here a long time and the drive thru route isn't particularly well-designed. It blocks parking spaces when it gets busy. Many other McD's have better drive-thru route designs.This one has a very nice playground for kids.

Do *NOT* use cash in the drive thru, they literally rob you unless you’re paying attention. They don’t account for how much cash they give you, Ishmael took cash and short changed me 1.50, not a big deal but when you do it all day long, how much can you make? Turns out he’s the manager of his own little kingdom and no one is above him so he can take all he wants. Absolute crook.

I used my mobile app to order and when I pulled up there was some "internet error" and cancelled my order. I went to the door to just walk in. The lobby was closed due to a remodel. There was a girl mopping the floor so I knocked on the door to let her know what happened and she looked at me and walked off. After about 4 mins of standing outside the door she returned to keep mopping. I knocked on the door again and she just straight ignored me and kept mopping in front of me. I called the store multiple times but I guess they ignore the phone like they ignore their customers. I was going to just go through drive through but that was many cars deep to wait. I just left and went somewhere with customer service next door.
