Me and my wife went for our wedding anniversary. The food was amazing. I got the sea bass and came with Wasabi potatoes. Amazing dish. My wife got the lobster risotto she enjoyed it. We also shared a millionares baked potato and was also amazing. The drinks weren't the best but everything else was great. They also gave us a complementary desert which was also delicious.

Food is delicious the atmosphere is perfect for a romantic night and the service is beyond great. My boyfriend and I came here for Christmas and we liked it so much we came for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was amazing, we ordered the lamb rack, 8 oz filet mignon and table sides of lobster Mac and cheese and truffle fries. You truly can’t go wrong! Drinks were amazing too. Shout out to our waiter Brett with his excellent service and kindness! 10/10! Recommending to all my friends and family.

Celebrated a special anniversary at Old Hickory Steakhouse Gaylord Texan and was very impressed! The service, the food and ambience were outstanding, a lovely unforgettable evening. We look forward to returning soon. Highly recommend the menu for steak and seafood, cooked to perfection.

Our server Lou was amazing! Made perfect suggestions. Timing was impeccable. Could not ask for better! The combination appetizer was amazing! Steaks were perfectly cooked. The dry aged ribeye had a really good flavor, but was a little tough. The filet was tender and juicy. Both steaks needed more seasoning. Broccoli was very good. The gouda mac and cheese was amazing! The crème brûlée may have been the best we have ever had, anywhere. Great setting to have a great meal. Looking forward to my next experience there.

Food- Charcuterie board is a must order. Beef tartare wasn't plated to perfection and the brioche bread was a mere slice. Luckily, I was able to use table crackers that had a crispy element to it. Scallop special with steak was mouth-watering. Baked Alaska was such an incentive dessert with many components. Very sweet but a nice break from traditional desserts. Ambiance- Romantic, cave like. Live band and dim lighting. Service- This convention center was accommodating many large parties the night I visited. Managment could've done a better job of reseating the rowdy bunch adjacent to all the couples in booths. The waitress had sass when I asked if she could box my items. I was insistent because I wasn't sure If she had heard me when the first request was given. I understood it was busy but patron needs to be treated with kindness. She was very knowledgeable about drink and menu choices! Will I be back? Yes. Service suggestions will make for a better visit next time....
was staying at the hotel for a convention and took a couple of customers to this restaurant. the food was amazing, and the service is sensational.the portions were so large (Texas portions), that i couldn't even finish my 'smallest portion' bone in filet!wonderful entertaining atmosphere for a romantic date, or for customer wining and dining.

Took my wife here for our anniversary. The valet staff was so kind in keeping our G63 in the front for safe keeping. Although a maze to find inside, the ambiance of the restaurant was very elegant. Our food was amazing and the staff were polite and nice. There were mixups with our order, but the staff got it right.
