Never open when I go and when I tried to call ahead the last time to make sure they were open there was no phone number for this location to be found so I went and it closed again.

The gelato and macaroons were great, but this location seems to be closed. It has not been staffed/open for a couple of months and I’m not sure what the reason is.Update: confirmed today that due to a rent increase by the mall, this location is now permanently closed.

Worst gelato ever. And the ladies working the counter would not allow it to be substituted for another one. I even donated to their college tuition after they cursed me out for not donating. They then started screaming racial slurs in the middle of the mall.

Very good Gelato ice cream, they give you a sample if you want to try a different and new flavor. I think I love then all. Here's one of my kids last ice cream cups it's a large one it's about a little less than $7 but very delicious and you can mix the flavors.

Wrapped up a movie at AMC and looking for coffee and snacks! Stumbled upon the gelato shop.It had my favorite Pistachio gelato and my friends grabbed coffee and shakes.Owner was super nice. Gave my kids multiple samples before they made Up their mind. My friends loved the chocolate gelato and the Nutella shake too! Do check it out when you are at Grapevine mall. It’s near door # 3 very close to Burlington

I took my wife for her favorite flavor of Gelato to Paciugo Gelato at Grapevine Mills Mall. We have eaten Gelato all over Italy and my wife has a real love for well-made Gelato. She was more than pleased with her favorite flavor of Pistachio. Highly recommend this for a family treat.

Amazing gelato!! I love stopping by Paciugo while shopping every time I visit this mall! The gelato always tastes rich, creamy, and delectable. Perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth!

I got the ameretto and Texas caramel flavors. They were really tasty. My sisters and I tried about five flavors each. The cashier was so sweet and kept fulfilling our requests. All the gelato is made with 70% less fat than normal ice cream, but it didn't taste that way (in the best way). I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent flavor. stopped by today. We sampled a few flavors. I got a strawberry/mango smoothie. and my husband got a vanilla milkshake with whipped cream. Both were amazing. The woman at the counter was so nice and professional. Very knowledgable about the flavors and combinations she could make. Will have again another time for sure. Thank you.

This review is based on the experience I had this week. Half of their supply is empty. Maybe they are having an issue with their cooler. They are out of some of the best flavors, so I suggest going elsewhere if you want gelato until that is worked out. When this place functions like it usually does, it's fine. I just wouldn't recommend going until they are back up and running like normal, which the associate said will be a few weeks.
