This is my favorite coffee shop in North Texas. I love the taste of the coffee and the smell of this place. The service is wonderful, and the ambiance is awesome. If you are near Grapevine or any other of their stores, you owe it to yourself to stop and grab a cup of coffee or try one of their sweets.

Stumbled upon this shop while visiting from out of town. Around the corner from hotels, easy to access and the staff is amazing.The cortado and latte I bought every morning were in point. Espresso was still present and shining with the milk present, having an almost citrus like finish.If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend checking them out. If you have some time get a pour over instead of a drip, thank me later.

I really like this coffee shop. The Staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is great for work focused related or if you’re looking a calm atmosphere to be with a friend.The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because of the Matcha and Chai Latte. They were okay. I feel like as a heavy drinker of these two drinks they lacked flavor. Too much milk according to the ration of chai/matcha. Next time I’ll try their coffee :)

This used to be one of my favorite places to get a well-crafted latte. While the employees are always nice, you cannot rely on the hours of operation posted on Google because the management/owner allows for weekly private events during their established/posted hours of operation for the public, so good luck getting service if you happen to go on the day and time. The problem is not the decision to have a private event, but to have them so frequently, yet unpredictably, that it creates confusion and unreliability for the general public.As a former regular patron, I reached out to management on several occasions to suggest updating their business hours on the internet and to further express how the unpredictable/unreliable hours of operation could make patrons feel less valued, create confusion, and an unnecessary inconvenience. However, no one has ever bothered to return my calls, further solidifying their lack of concern and care for their patrons. Posting a sign on the door does not help the general public who refer and rely on the internet for a business' hours. Nonetheless, I refuse to continue my patronage to a business that clearly does not care about inconveniencing and valuing its customers. There are plenty of fantastic coffee shops within 5-10 minutes who have reliable hours and are responsive to customers!

Came on a busy Saturday morning, but the service was still fast and friendly - and the drinks were great! Loved our chai latte and cold brew. Lovely shop with a welcoming & cool atmosphere.
Terrible enviroment! They served me stale food, and it was clear that they didn't care about the quality of their dishes. I would much rather get my coffee from a hotel coffee maker because at least then I know what to expect.

Pax is the best coffee around for miles and we are lucky to have them! The beans are fresh and a variety of milk alternatives are available. I love that they make their syrups from scratch, do try their lavender latte!!*I reside in Irving but prefer the coffee at this location versus las colinas. Much better.
