I tried to Order the family feast, which is on the menu, and they told me that I can't order It unless I do it online. Then what i did order they forgot one of only three items. I also work in the food industry. And I have for the last 20 years, Though the only reason I was told that was because they did not feel like making it. The reviews on this location are terrible and corporate. Should step in as soon as possible.

Exactly 10 days ago from today, I placed a mobile order and found that it was missing a chicken sandwich. I tried calling the phone number listed on Google but no one answered. I didn't want to drive back to the restaurant so I filed a complaint via Popeyes website.Today I placed another mobile order and this time they had a chicken sandwich inside of a fish sandwich bag. Again, the phone number listed on Google was not answered.The restaurant was empty when I went to pick up the food so I don't understand why these people can't get these orders straight. They definitely need some serious training or need to pay closer attention to the orders!!! Filed another complaint via Popeyes website.Maybe it's time I stopped going to this restaurant.

Ordered from them more than once . does not give the correct order if you order extra sauce and pay for it, you don’t always get it. They close early sometimes even though it doesn’t reflect what they’re opening hours are.

Never been to any Popeyes chicken and I couldn’t get the peace’s of chicken that I wanted with my order. I didn’t mind paying the extra for the chicken. But the drive-thru person at the time someone was telling him to tell me I only can get one wing on the order. I really do think that the employees that was cooking or the manager didn’t want to cook more chicken and the time was 5:37p.m. So I think that was poor service.

This is the 3rd time that this location has screwed up my order.The guy name Fernando that's taking orders at the drive thru today, does not pay attention. The entire order was wrong. My order was #56.Also if I'm ordering a combo, why am I being charged for a drink.My experience today was HORRIBLE. I will NOT be back.

Horrible fries dry not fresh chicken old also. They close at 11:00 pm I went there at 9:42 pm. This is no excuse. Kid working the window was so rude. Would not order there unless u ask first if food is fresh, especially the fries.
I haven't given many five star reviews but this establishment was by far the best Popeye's Chicken I've ever been to the manager and staff was awesome the dining area was clean the tea was not old.
