Food is very expensive here. Delicious, but not worthy of the price. I ordered for pick up and had to wait about 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready before it was actually ready. Inside of the restaurant is very nice. Doubt we'll be back at these prices.

This place is a little hard to get to, depending on which direction you're coming from, but it was a great spot for our large group to eat and visit. There was a little bit of a wait, despite their not being very busy. I would guess that's because they were a little under staffed. It seemed a little slow, which was surprising for a Sunday afternoon. Anyway, the service was spectacular!!! The young man who served us was very attentive, had a stellar attitude, and did a fabulous job of keeping up with the needs of all ten of us. Disappointingly, he was only visiting for the summer and heading back to college in a few weeks, so I can't guarantee you'll have the same experience as we did. The food was wonderful, as expected. They even had gluten sensitive alternatives for me. All in all, it was a great experience.

I don't live near a Red Robin but have lots of nostalgia for the brand. Restaurant was good, food was tasty, staff was attentive, but the restaurant itself was a little dated. Dated. That's not anything. Truly negative, but it's beginning to look like it's nearly 30 years old, which it is.

Love Red Robin, but this place has a lot of work to do to prove themselves. Sunday at lunchtime before they were busy, this place was filthy throughout the restaurant and the restroom was disgusting. Our food was cold and the broccoli was brown. Certainly not up to the standards of Red Robin.

So , came to the Grapevine location. First & last time I will come here. I got the Royal red Robin burger. When I took a bite it was really pink. And not even a handful of fries on the plate. When I asked for more fries , it had about the same small amount in the basket which wasn't even half a basket. When I get the replacement, there were even less fries. Took a long time to get refill on the fries . Although the server was nice, she isn't waitress material. I am glad it was my birthday burger and was free. Because at 15.49 it isn't worth the full price sry didn't think to get any pics

Don't go to this location! The Cedar Hill location is amazing so we had high hopes for this location. First the house made sweet and sour is disguising and tainted all the drinks. Also my food came out cold when there was just a few customers in the place. Never will return. CEDAR HILL location is where you need to go!!

Food was excellent. My only complaint was that after our server took our order, she rarely came to our table and we had to find her to refill our drinks and to get the check.

We haven't been to Red Robin in a long time. Now I remember why! The food was good. Our service was not. Our wait staff was more concerned about watching the game that was on TV than they were with helping their customers. Part of our order didn't get put in the system. So most of us were done with our food before one of our burgers even arrived. My husband had an ice tea and we asked 3 times if he could get a refill. Never happened.I don't usually give negative feedback but the service was so bad we won't be back!

We walked in around 3:30 pm and the place was mostly empty. The hostess was at the stand and seated us immediately. Several staff members passed by but no one asked me if I had been helped for about 10 min. The hostess explained it was a shift change and someone would be over soon. The cute little bartender came over to the restaurant side and waited on us. She was the only reason we stayed. I am from Rogers, AR and we eat at our local Red Robin a lot, and the food at the Grapevine, TX location is not as good as the Rogers, AR location. I ate the same burger at the GV location and it was 2 stars compared to Rogers at 5 stars. ? ? ???

I love this restaurant specifically this location, the host that I see every time I come here he is very polite, very well spoken and always does a great job. Let’s us know when it’s busy or if there’s going to be the be a delay with our server, he’s fantastic I love every time I come that he is open minded, very respectful answers any questions that we may have and sometimes I can be difficult. I love this location so much because he works here and I love seeing him every time I come in, he makes the experience when you first walk in magnificent and I think his name is Warren. I’m not sure. Every time I come in I can’t see him going back-and-forth running around setting up tables doing what needs to be done and I commend him on that you guys hired a great person The service is great. Managers are fantastic and I want you guys to keep up the good work.

Love this Red Robin location. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. The food is always excellent and quick.They don't have the fried jalapeno coins on the menu anymore but they have it on a burger so you can ask to get some on the side. Worth it! They need to bring them back to the appetizer menu..

I'm only giving a 3 because of the bartender, we came in on Saturday evening about 6:00, hostess was busy seating others so we went to the bar to sit have a beer and eat. We did get greated by the bartender and put in a order of 2 beers and food. Some of the food options they were out of understandably due to the recent ice storm. The bartender was running nonstop another customer came up asking for a fork overheard him saying he's been waiting 45 minutes for one, with the chaos I believe it. Not only did we see the bartender run nonstop and it taking almost 10 minutes to get a refill we saw other staff taking on tables in the bar area to help the bartender. Management you FAILED not only the patrons but your staff.

Met some out of town family at this location. They are deaf and it was lovely to see a hard of hearing woman worked there who could sign with them. The food was good, but the service needed lots of work. We had to ask 3 different people just to get waters for our table. Drink refills were hard to come by, and alcoholic drinks took a long time to be made. The restaurant was not very full, but I'm sure they were short staffed. I was disappointed with our visit, but we'd be willing to give it another try. Our family loves Red Robin.

Horrible experience. Took forever to place our order than when they finally did almost 45 minutes with no food! In the meantime, we discovered one of our cups was dirty with lipstick on it. The waitress just said "ohh" no apology nothing! Asked to see manager and nope never saw him. Left after about an hour as total time at the restaurant with no attempt to make it right. I will never return to this location again.
