Permanently closed for over a year _------------------------+++++++---This place is going down hill. The last couple of times I've gone the servers don't know how to slice brisket and it turns into chopped beef. Very Sad, they need to make sure they train them on the fundamentals. In the past I could ask for a lean cut and they would know it should not include fat. Not that eat a ton of bread, but last two visits did not get served bread until we were already done with our meal. They make a big deal about making fresh bread, but again probably lack of training or attention to details is the problem.

Sad they have not reopened yet. We use to have our car club meetings on Sundays at this location, great food, separate meeting room and good parking lot. Hope they reopen soon.

Used to come here often before it closed. Decided today to look for another branch to have lunch at and was surprised that google had listed this location as open. A quick look at the reviews revealed two things. First, it is still closed and secondly, The company does not read any of the reviews but replies to them anyway. I probably will get a thank you for this review.

Quality. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Good meat! I like that they bring fresh rolls around, and I really like the free ice cream on Sunday.

Please let your staff know that DoorDash sends out a dasher 10-15 mins before the time your staff says the order will be bagged and ready. So please have them put the prep time first before writing down the ticket but add those 15 mins + 10 min (or your prep time) + 5-10 mins to double check the order and for any other possible delays. Then once the order is ready all your staff has to do is press the "Order ready for pick-up" when the order has been bagged and is ready for the dasher to pick up. Orders should be ready before a dasher arrives. If you notice orders sitting there then it's because it he customer didn't tip before delivery

Food is good as always, BUT the restaurant is full of smoke. You leave there smelling like smoked beef. It has been this way for several years but it's getting worse. Do you really want to go back to work after lunch smelling like Smoked Ribs??? Will likely consider going elsewhere in the future. Have not noticed this as bad in other Spring Creek stores.

Best barbecue I've had in so long. It doesn't even need the sauce. The ribs have so much flavor. The macaroni and cheese is the only macaroni and cheese I've had that isn't bland. The banana pudding though...Amazing!! I won't eat barbecue anywhere else. it is 100% better than Dickey's or Hard Eight.
