Wonderful place to have a cup coffee with friends . The baristas and the service always is top notch . The location very accessible . The ambiance is just right. ' must visit ' place again.

Food: I ordered the earl grey tea. They didn’t have it so they recommended the regular black tea which was fine.Service: The service was horrible. I walked in and no one greeted me for 5 minutes. I stood at the counter watching as they had conversation with one another while no one acknowledged they had a customer. Very unusual for a Starbucks location to do that, which is why that stood out to me.Atmosphere: I went in at 8am and noticed that the restroom was filthy, the tables were filthy and the floors were too. There was one other lady inside of the facility and there were at least 6 people behind the counter so, I am not sure what was going on there.Finally, I will not return to this location. Hopefully, they turn things around.

I'm fairly regular here since it is on my way to work. However, today was pretty bad. Mobile Pick up order Cafe Misto + Feta wrap.Placed it around 8:13, got there saw the line and was like this may be an extra 5 or so minutes than anticipated. Nah, got drink around 8:36, but the food had been already made for some time. While I appreciate that the food is made quickly, please don't make food and let it sit there if the drink isn't going to be made soon. I understand workflow but you are essentially letting food just sit and get cold. Sadly even after all the wait, something was wrong with the misto. I'm pretty sure the milk wasn't steamed and the coffee ratio was off because it tasted like luke warm milk.If it's going to be a massive delay, please disable mobile ordering. I do understand you guys are super busy, but we need an option to cancel and move on if the delays are this bad.Sadly, I know for the meantime I'm avoiding this location until whatever is going on is resolved. I'll just go the Pax around the corner.

I hate being negative, but I found my visit to this Starbucks disappointing. Food service coffee were great. I just hate the fact that the homeless there had taken up the couches and tables by the window, and then lurched around. Won’t be back to this

We usually come here and have issues once every few times. However this time we ordered 2 regular hot coffees. When we took the lid off, the coffee looked like swamp water, even thats an understatement. We thought looks could be deceiving so we ended up walking off and took a sip when it wasn't as hot. This coffee was so bad I'm genuinely curious on what they put in there. It was so bad it could wake up a dead man from one sip and thats an understatement. After this horrible experience we thought we could go back and get a refund / new coffees. However to our surprise, he said he couldn't do anything about it because we walked off after we got the coffees. He did not want to offer a refund or remake the drinks. The service was almost as bad as the coffee. Don't spend your money on over priced horrible coffee here.

Staff 5/5. Food and coffee 5/5. Atmosphere, the chairs are pretty uncomfortable. Doesn’t matter how nice the ambiance or the internet is. Starbucks obviously would rather I just go through the drive through. I needed to sit and work. So, I’ll go sit and work at a local coffee shop instead. Corporate should be ashamed.
