They never seem to have the same employees. Very slow. The online order said it was ready 10 minutes before they actually made the sandwiches, which required standing in line anyway.

The staff greets you when coming in which is very welcoming. The gentleman that made my sandwich was very friendly and took his time where other Subways try to throw it together quickly. I ordered two All-American footlong subs, my mother, and I both enjoyed them. Beside the subs being good, the best experience was the staff member that helped me. I should have asked his name, but I didn't. I can tell you with his help this place will continue to do well in the future.

Customer service bad On Friday 10/27/23 at 2:15 I when to this subway and asked the gentleman that was preparing the sandwich how do you know that that sandwich is 6” he answered with a very rude answer do you wanted to measure the sandwich or you wanted a debate it was just a simple question very ugly to the customer love subway I never go there again

Gone are the days of nostalgia when I used to hurry in for lunch enjoy sub and go about my work day. Staff are courteous and helpful with ordering and the one star I leave here is to credit their best customer service. The sandwich is anything but fresh. Soggy meats (tasted like they had been frozen previously), paper thin , shriveled lettuce and veggies. I ordered what used to be my fave foot long subway club. I won’t be going back to subway again.

This store had gotten nicer, but the new manager is very rude and does not know how to read has a menu. Consider jersey Mike’s if you want better service.
I dont know the ladys name who was working the counter tonight, but she was sweet and fast and handled the rush pressure very well virtually alone. Thank you. (The other help was washing dishes.)

I have been coming to this location for lunch a few days a week for nearly 6 years. Management has recently changed at this location and it isn’t for the better. The new manager is unfriendly and outwardly rude. He denied the use of a coupon citing the term and conditions of the coupon that simply didn’t exist. I asked him to read them to prove my point and he was not interested.

Customer service is terrible. There is a way to speak to people and rushing and being short is not it. Very stingy with the veggies here. Got a Footlong asked for pickles a got 8 for a whole sandwich. 3 slices of cheese for a Footlong and and 5-6 pieces total of meat for an all American club. Find another location or make a sandwich at home if you want your monies worth
