Can’t believe how bad the customer service is at Univision in Terminal C at 4pm. You have two people standing at the cash registers doing nothing, but tell me to go stand in line to use the self service terminal because I’m using a card. Sorry that’s no bad customer service that’s NO customer service.
Check your receipt. I was charged for chips I didn't get. When I asked for a refund the cashier told me it would be easier for me to just get the chips I insisted I wanted a refund and not a bag of chips. She then refunded me the cost for the chips and didn't refund the taxes I paid on the chips. She told me she couldn't calculate how much tax to reimburse me.
