I went through the drive through and ordered a meal. The meal was the double baconator. Instead they gave me a small cold double cheeseburger. You could tell it had clearly been sitting there for a while. I called but no answer. I called 9 times. No answer. I guess I’ll just have to go back up there. It’s frustrating. The burger patties are practically black….

Don't recommend after 8pm on a weekday. Dude in drive thru was rushing me and I was the only car should've took that as a sign... but ended up with food poisoning for a week fun times.

Terrible customer service, and she locked the doors while we were inside and while people were outside and wouldn't let them in. Food was cold. Cookies were stale. Overall bad. Don't recommend

Can never get the order right. People taking drive-thru orders are always super rude or they just don’t listen. They put 0 effort into what they are doing.

I went through this drive thru tonight… September 15th at 8pm and was met with a VERY rude man. I ordered one biggie meal and afterwards when he was trying to rush me to the window… i stated i was not finished. He then yelled “OH MY GOD… ANYTHING ELSE?”… i ordered one $4 meal… i didn’t know that was my limit at this location. Extremely rude!!!!!!!! I just politely rolled my window up and drove off. I went to another location nearby and had a good experience! I cannot believe this man was this rude. Never been met with that kind of negative energy and annoyance at any fast food restaurant before and I’m from Detroit, MI so that’s saying something. Absolutely unacceptable!

Store was dirty and I can't make my sandwich, right. They weren't even close they added things I didn't want to took off things I wanted. $12 for a cold meal that isn't even what I ordered.

Went through the drive thru at 8PM with my 2 month old and 16 month old. Order 10 nuggets. When I got to the window I was informed nuggets weren’t ready and it would be 2 mins what was fine. At 8:16 I went inside and asked if the 10 nuggets weren’t ready as yet as it’s been long beyond 2 minutes. At that moment everyone was shocked and surprised because they all forgot they had me waiting outside for these nuggets. Upon taking it and leaving as a I had a 2 hour drive home, I gave my daughter a nugget and it was now cold so it was ready within the 2 minutes and sat there for over 10 minutes and got cold. Highly annoyed

Went thru the drive thru a few weeks ago. Seems I'd forgotten my debit card with them. Realized the next day, turned it off. Tried again last night around 10:45... was told they were closed.Looked at yelp reviews, seems mine wasn't the only card "left" at that location.
