Can't visit Texas without coming to a Whataburger, right? Service left a bit to be desired, but it seemed that the register worker was newer, although super friendly. Restaurant was clean, but it's fast food.

The worst whatabuger I have ever been toI ordered a meal to eat in They did not deliver to the table they barked out the number and they walked away from the counter and when I brought up a concern about some condiments like ketchup they walked away and served other people and then came back to me after 5 minutes

Food was delicious. Service speed was really slow. Ordered at 10:16 and got our food at 10:53.Ordered two burgers, two fries, and a salad.The employee who took our order was friendly enough to customers and made the wait more tolerable for others.Overall great food, slow service, good employee.

They didn’t give me a Dr. Pepper shake. They give me a vanilla shake with dr. Pepper poured in. I’m pissed cuz this is completely undrinkable. It tastes awful. They were also out of root beer, which is fine. But if you’re out of dr. Pepper shake too, just tell me that man. Don’t give me a horrible drink that you think fixes the problem. I have never had a bad experience at this whataburger, and have considered it in the past to be the good whataburger, unfortunately that seems to no longer be the case.
This place was too dirty, there was nowhere to put the trash because the trash can was super full, throughout the restaurant there were napkins thrown on the floor, food remains! I think they should have more cleaning staff!

So I ordered online tonight at about 9:00pm, waited for about 20 or so minutes, and then went inside after waiting for curbside.When I walked in; there was numerous angry customers waiting for a refund, so the manager Arvin (seriously who named this guy Arvin? That’s already setting him up for failure) decided to finally come out; he gives the guy infront of me his refund, and then turns to me.At this point I ask him for a refund, and he says “yeah I’m not doing that here, you have to do that on the app” so then I asked him “well can I just get my food then?” To which he responded“Hey if you want to put on an orange shirt, hop back here and help then you can have your food, otherwise I have things to do.”At which point; I told him that if he wanted to come across that counter, him and I could have words outside about it if he wanted to talk that way.He obviously refused, and went to hide in the back like a spineless jellyfish.So I have called corporate; I have talked to your district manager, and now I’m here Arvin.Looks like you’ll be wearing a different shirt, when you’re looking for another job; hope it was worth it.
