This is my first time at Pizza Artista, I always wanted to go with my husband. But i went with my sister, and by god. This place is amazing, Angela has been delayed by so many orders but she has been very sweet and tried to get my sister’s and I’s orders ASAP. My sister and I didn’t mind waiting but she has been so great and friendly. I really loved my time there even if my order was to go. Also to the guy that was working with Angela has been great and making sure our order was correct. They both have been sooo awesome, and best of all, the food is great. It really is such a great meal at an affordable price with whatever toppings you desire! Thank you for the great meal and amazing service ❤️

Went to the drivethru to pick up 1 small pizza. Paid with card. I hear "tip or no tip?" in a very flat, almost rude way after handing it to the lady working.I told her "make the charge 20 even." She couldn't, and offered me two choices that wouldn't add up to 20 exactly.For some reason, I tipped. I wasn't planning on it. I drove myself to pick up the food. All they did was make it. You should never ASK for a tip. I delivered for nederland domino's for 4 years and I never once asked anyone for a tip, even though they paid me 5 dollars an hour while delivering.Pay your workers a living wage. Do not let them ask for tips. They are not running themselves and their personal vehicles for a check. There is 0 reason for them to be asking for more money at the window. This interaction was like two weeks ago and I'm still fuming about it.And you wonder why you have to send workers out to the corner of 39th and main with signs saying you're open. The community KNOWS you're open. Your workers are pushing us away.

The pizza was okay. The nasty food ticket was in my $34 swamp daddy pizza when I opened the box. I paid $3 for thick crust on my boucherie pizza and got thin...They also tried to charge me a $3 delivery fee for pickup.

Too expensive. Buffet is very small and multiple items on the bar were too spicy for the kids and me to eat. I didn't find that the pizza was that much better than other places around here that are cheaper.

I decided I would try out the lunch buffet during the week. I would not recommend it unless you aren't too picky. They have limited choices and don't refresh until most of it is gone. The staff was polite. Other visits when I have ordered food toa go have been outstanding. Just the limited buffet was disappointing.

You should definitely check out Pizza Artisan in Groces off of Main Street. The customer service is amazing, none the less the food was soo good, you think of any kind pizza you want the can creat it! If you give it a try you can check out the automated hand washer it’s really cool?
Very good food for a very affordable price. I love how you can add 8 toppings to a custom pizza without it being $40. The only things I would add is the option for garlic butter crust & salami as a topping. Nonetheless, the food was exceptional.The cashier could’ve been a bit more welcoming. I understand that people may be having a bad day, so it was no big deal. Everyone else was quite pleasant. The entire staff greets you when walking in. The layout is kind of like subway when creating your pizza, so you get to watch the process.Family friendly, warm, and colorful environment.
