Terrible!! This store is good but they have many women to serve the customer and they don't do it, they just spend the time talking, they don't serve customers well or on time, the store is wasting its money on these women

Went to buy ice cream, Churros, and a funnel cake (which was raw in the middle, in the Pic I posted you can see that it's uncooked and slimy) we couldn't even finish it. The lady attending was rude. We asked for hard chocolate and she couldn't be nice enough to give us some in our ice cream. All she said was that kind of chocolate doesn't go on it.

Yesterday, March 14, I bought two hamburgers, two horchatas, a chicharrón and some strawberries with cream and they charged me 63 and it was only 51 and cents and well I understand that they are wrong but I complained and the lady got upset and I told her well she has to give me a receipt and He told me we will not give the receipt, you have to ask for it. He told me it is not the first time, it is the second time that it has happened to me that they charge me too much and well, it is not two dollars, it is $10 that they charge me but the first time they kindly returned my money. And this time I'm angry because why does anyone complain they still bother?

Oh man. This place is to die for. All the snacks, choices, flavors, my goodness! It's clean and spacious! The toppings bar is awesome! So many fresh limes to use for your snackies! Service is quick too! 10/10 highly recommend!!

the service is a bit slow but that is the only negative. the frescas are good as is the bionico and funnel cake. nice ladies!
