I got cheese, pizza and garlic knots and when I got my order, the garlic knots were burned. The pizza was not cut properly. It was a complete mess. There was grease all over the boxes. They did a horrible job. I will not be going back to this location or ordering from this location ever again this was a horrible experience. This is Papa John’s a bad name.

I personally haven't ordered from Papa John's in over 10 years had a really bad experience in another state, so I just never ordered from them until today.I was surprised on the pizza.. for delivery pizza it was really good.. I will be ordering again thanks for making me a customer again. I didn't mark anything for the Atmosphere since I had it delivered.

Dietary restrictions: They offer an entire menu that is very easy to modify to fit the needs of anyone's dietary restrictions.Parking: The parking lot itself is needing some repair and some of which is bad enough to do damage to your vehicle if you aren't careful when trying to maneuver the large craters/pot holes or driving over random broken pieces of asphalt or concrete.Kid-friendliness: This isn't a very kid friendly area and almost resembles more of an industrial type area in my opinion.

Horrible customer service, I when to the store to buy a pizza and the lady was just rude didn’t even greet us, proceeded to order and try to pay with a 50 dollar bill on a 30 dollar order, she said she couldn’t brake a 50. Please teach your employees basic math!

Placed an order for an XL pizza on Thursday and the dough was raw! Every other pizza place is required to do a check in the mornings to make sure their pizza comes out cooked properly. I guess papa John’s doesn’t feel like they need to. Makes you wonder what other corners they cut. Honestly I don’t understand how this could even be missed while cutting. Never again, wouldn’t suggest.

Wish I could tell you how the food was, but it was delivered to wrong place, so I didn't get it. When I called for a refund I told the person on the phone that it was delivered to the wrong place and wanted a refund. I had to explain this twice. She then said, "okay, I'll issue a refund" and then just hung up.
